Fantastic service from start to finish - 5 stars. We had a heat pump and solar panels installed by IMS heat pumps in July 2026. Our first contact with Jeremy to quote and discuss what was best was great, he was really helpful and the price for both systems was extremely competitive. Mark and Luke both carried out detailed site visits for the solar and heat pump systems, again really knowledgeable and helpful and both helped find the right locations for the different bits of the systems. Christian and Toby fitted the heat pump and were absolutely first class, explained everything clearly, were friendly, funny and polite and the quality was fantastic. All the back office team were incredibly helpful too with queries and arrangements for visits. Cannot fault them and would highly recommend IMS to anyone.

I write literally as Christian has left our house having just completed the installation and commissioning of a Grant Areola air source heat pump. He also educated me on the installation, the formidable controller and mobile app. To a person, starting with Dave, who undertook the scoping visit and provided us with quotes for 2 ASHPs. Then Luke’s more detailed site visit continued the highly professional and expert theme that seems to be the company’s SOP Anthony corresponded with us in a timely manner. Then the gang of five arrived led by Christian, Toby, the two Lewises and Callum. What a remarkable team of talented, professional, trustworthy and good spirited individuals they were. Their work was of the highest calibre. They were tidy, communicative with an excellent sense of humour. The installation went without a hitch, on time and on budget. What a breath of fresh air. To a person they are a tribute to your company and you should be immensely proud of them. We will be recommending your company to anybody who will listen!

As a customer, I've found the company to be exemplary throughout: - They were very quick to pick up on my initial enquiry and very happy to schedule calls to discuss and answer my initial questions. - When it came to the design, they were very happy to talk through various options and to include some elements I was keen to include so that we were both happy with the final bespoke design rather than it being a simple "off the shelf" solution. - A pre-install site visit provided another opportunity to talk through the various elements of the install, what the installation process would entail and to identify some challenges in advance and the solutions. - The installation team were excellent and it was great to witness both their professionalism and to appreciate the care and attention to detail and the quality of the final product. Ultimately, I'm absolutely delighted with the heating system which is performing brilliantly and wouldn't hesitate to recommend IMS Heat Pumps Ltd to anyone looking to switch to a heat pump.

Excellent firm. They have been in this business for a very long time and they know what they are doing. Customer service is brilliant - they looked after our old heat pump for years and when it finally reached the end of its life (after 18 years) they bent over backwards to get us a new one installed in time for Christmas. All came in exactly to budget and on schedule. Back office team is hugely efficient and great to deal with, we always get a quick response. Engineers are highly knowledgeable, very considerate and polite, and clearly take a real pride in their work. I recommend IMS very highly indeed.

We are building our new home and have been down to NEC grand designs for a few years researching, we spoke with many Heat Pump companies but didn’t really get simple answers to simple question's. Later we approached IMS they were different, we received a single point of contact (Sim) who wasn’t pushy but laid out what we required, we called him on numerous occasions and he was always very helpful. We ended up using a Viessmann HP unit which we have no regrets. Luke and Charlotte from the office and technical side were equally great. Bill who installed, turned up when they said, he was very knowledgeable, didn’t take him too long at all. I would highly recommend IMS

David was really friendly and patient trying to set up our wi fi connection to our heat pump. In the he event that wasn't possible but he carefully explained heat curves etc and made everything as simple as possible for us. The whole company have been very good at communication throughout a lengthy refurbishment with many delays.

We’ve just had David to service our heat pump, IMS are always really friendly and helpful and David was just that. Got the job done efficiently while offering some operation tips, thanks David. Would always recommend IMS, thanks again!

We had an air source heat pump plus new associated radiators etc. t The IMS team were great. Friendly and professional they cracked on with gusto. The handover of what was to me quite a complex new system was thorough and the outcome has been a highly effective and efficient new heating and hot water system. Highly recommend.

IMS installed a replacement ground source heat pump for us in April/May. I found them to be excellent in customer service and in the engineering and installation. I did have one minor issue afterwards which IMS investigated and resolved efficiently and promptly. I would have no hesitation in recommending IMS

Provided specification/design and subsequent installation for a new heat pump. From the sales through to the installation they were very knowledgeable and helpful. Some small, unexpected problems were encountered but were professionally and efficiently dealt with. Subsequent support has been great too. Thoroughly recommend this company.
