IMS provided initial advice and technical know-how into the design of our GSHP system. They installed the manifold and vent pipe to the ground loops outside and indoors set up the floor heating loops, connected to the heat pump, hot water tank and pressure tested the system. Upstairs, a radiator system and underfloor heating in the bathroom was installed. All the work was carried out prior to plasterboarding and first fix. Throughout, IMS staff were professional, courteous and knowledgeable in explaining the Nibe equipment, the system and its operation. They operate well as a team with good customer care, prompt replies to emails and telephone calls, easy to drop into office for discussion. Cost were competitive and installation was completed as scheduled. We are very happy with the work to date and would strongly recommend IMS.

I'm really pleased with the heat pump installation task that IMS completed. It was a retro-fit job in an old house, so came with certain complications and challenges. The IMS team were communicative, professional, and hardworking. When little things didn't go perfectly, they were accommodating and keen to put them right. Throughout the installation, I found the team to be focused and solution-orientated. I generally felt in safe hands - and have no regrets about taking the plunge with heatpumps.
