Provided specification/design and subsequent installation for a new heat pump. From the sales through to the installation they were very knowledgeable and helpful. Some small, unexpected problems were encountered but were professionally and efficiently dealt with. Subsequent support has been great too. Thoroughly recommend this company.

They guys from IMS, Jordi and Steve, were brilliant throughout the project from start to finish. Communication was excellent and I was always kept informed on the progress and dates for the work. The workmanship is excellent, using good quality materials throughout, and everything was installed extremely tidily. I can't fault the service that I received, and am very grateful. There were a few small teething problems but these were rectified very promptly for me with little inconvenience.

I first encountered IMS Heat Pumps on a factfinding visit to the Buxton Home Energy Show in April 2024. Their representative on site was very approachable and knowledgeable, and with his information I chose IMS to carry out a full home assessment in early July. Ron, the assessor, was a pleasure to work with and by late August we had agreed the work to be carried out. Because of the demand for IMS Heat Pumps’ services and my availability the installation date was initially scheduled for mid-November, but was ultimately brought forward to mid/late October. The team of installers, led by Luke and Louis, was incredibly efficient and the heat pump was up and running in five days. It was a provisional fit as different brackets had to be ordered once the job had started, but the full job was completed by the end of the first week in January. All aspects of my dealings IMS Heat Pumps have been extremely professional from the moment I first met their representative in Buxton. Communications throughout have been excellent; they applied for the government’s Boiler Upgrade Scheme grant on my behalf and my quote took account of that amount right from the start. The bulk of the work was done on schedule, on budget and to a high standard, and the installation itself is a joy to use! The whole house felt nice throughout the winter and my energy bills have reduced substantially. I can’t fault any part of the process and would recommend IMS Heat Pumps without reservation to anyone.

I had a Air Source Heat Pump fitted along with replacement radiators upstairs. The work was completed to a high standard and there was minimal disruption or mess. There was a slight snagging problem afterwards but IMS attended very quickly and sorted it without any fuss. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

IMS Heat Pumps installed my heat pump system in 2021. They did this on time and budget and were clean and professional throughout. Installation of a 10Kw air-source heat pump system providing heat via radiators and ample hot water from a new 250litre tank. We found IMS to be a highly approachable and professional company. Air source heat pump (Vaillant) installed in semi in Leeds, along with 8 new radiators, and removal of old condenser boiler and radiators. Whole process handled very professionally and well by IMS Heat Pumps Ltd. They responded promptly to initial enquiry, provided clear and accurate information throughout, and did not pressurize with gimmicky offers. Initial sales person was well-informed and careful, and took trouble to answer all our queries. Central administration worked smoothly, and ensured we obtained £5000 government rebate. Clear information on when installation would happen, and what we needed to do beforehand. Installation team excellent, efficient, tidy, considerate, did everything according to plan and gave us good information. Price stayed within original quote. We had a very good experience with IMS, and heat pump so far is performing smoothly (though it is summer, so it has not yet been put to the test for heating.

IMS Heat Pumps designed and installed our UFH, radiators and heat pump. From start to finish they were fantastic to deal with, dealing with any queries we had about the system or, when we chose to have non-standard radiators, offering advice and guidance on what we needed to be looking for in order to meet our houses heating requirements. The team that came out and installed were always friendly and able to answer any questions and explained how to use the system and the office team have been great every step of the way. The system is now up and running and it's absolutely fantastic, so quiet and even better than we had imagined.

IMS Heat Pumps Ltd supplier and installed our underfloor heating, valiant Air source heat pump and hot water cylinder for our stable block conversion to a bungalow for my disability needs. The whole process seemed daunting at first but Charlotte from IMS was so helpful and explained the process in simple terms, sent me detailed information for our electricians and plumber and always at the end of the phone should we need her expert advice. Which was often as its the first time any of us had used green technologies. IMS were amazing from start to finish. I am so glad that we chose them as the insulations were smooth running. IMS provided initial advice and technical know-how into the design of our GSHP system. They installed the manifold and vent pipe to the ground loops outside and indoors set up the floor heating loops, connected to the heat pump, hot water tank and pressure tested the system. Upstairs, a radiator system and underfloor heating in the bathroom was installed. All the work was carried out prior to plasterboarding and first fix. Throughout, IMS staff were professional, courteous and knowledgeable in explaining the Nibe equipment, the system and its operation. They operate well as a team with good customer care, prompt replies to emails and telephone calls, easy to drop into office for discussion. Cost were competitive and installation was completed as scheduled. We are very happy with the work to date and would strongly recommend IMS.

I'm really pleased with the heat pump installation task that IMS completed. It was a retro-fit job in an old house, so came with certain complications and challenges. The IMS team were communicative, professional, and hardworking. When little things didn't go perfectly, they were accommodating and keen to put them right. Throughout the installation, I found the team to be focused and solution-orientated. I generally felt in safe hands - and have no regrets about taking the plunge with heatpumps.
