Great service from the office team (Shenda, Louise and Steve) and a smooth removal process on the day. Never any trouble for extra boxes, bubble wrap, tape etc and deposit returned quickly once boxes had been taken back. I would most certainly recommend In-Excess for their removal services. They have a great and supportive team, initially I was reassured by the quoting process, and felt confident that they had given me a good price. They were supportive over the phone for the months leading up to the move and considerate of all the delays with my sale! They gave me more than enough boxes to use. The guys were on time on the day and kept me calm throughout, they were quick to get everything moved, took good care, and also put everything in place at my next property. Was very impressed with the service indeed.

In-Excess Removals were recommended to me by my estate agent. They were very easy to deal with from the start and provided clear pricing. There was a fair bit of too-ing and fro-ing on my part ahead of the move to check the availability of the removal van as I was on tenterhooks for exchange/completion dates but the office team were helpful and courteous every time I called them. I decided to have the optional packing service and I'm glad I did as it was done far more quickly and efficiently the day before my move than I could have done on my own. Money well spent in my opinion! The team arrived promptly on the day and worked hard to get the van packed up quickly for my move from Hemel to Somerset. I had been warned that it was likely that they would unload the van early the next day at my new property so I was delighted that they were able to unpack it all the same afternoon and I was able to sleep in my own bed that first night rather than on the floor as I'd anticipated. Whilst not the cheapest of the two quotes I'd obtained for my move, my gut instinct told me they were the right people for the job and I'm very happy I chose to go with them and would recommend them to others.
