Ben went to every length possible to help me out. He arranged to see me at short notice, doing so at his own inconvenience. He was free, open and honest with his advice, and did everything possible to get the parts I needed faster than the timeframe I needed it. Great service.

After having issues with dealership servicing and being ripped off for pricing, Ben at In'N'Out Lincoln was very open and transparent about a 2nd opinion, offering me explanations to the pricing, how he could work out some discount, and explaining why some work wasn't necessarily needed and perhaps they were overdoing it at the dealership. Furthermore, the work Ben and team carry out is always on time, very well communicated, process very simple and easy too. I have used big brand servicers and mechanics as well as dealerships, and I don't think I'll go back to anyone else I've worked with previously over In'N'Out

Had to replace my coil spring at very short notice and happened to break down by In n Out. Ben on the phone was very helpful and communicative, always kept me up to date with what needed doing and always made sure I was happy with what his team were doing. His team worked very efficiently and repaired my car in quick time. Ben and his team also ran a health check for my car and no extra cost so that potential problems were identified so I can resolve them quickly. Ben and his team are exceptional at what they do and could not recommend them enough.

Again I have been blown away with the service I have received! I dropped my oil cap under my engine bay while in the Morrisons car park. I couldn’t get it out. I spoke to Ben at the in’n’out Lincoln centre and straight away he helped with his team get it. I was not charged and this was done from kindness and good will. I have used this garage for a service before and a mot.: honestly I couldn’t recommend a better auto centre in the area. Thank you so much for helping when in need. You have a customer for life!
