I had recently failed my MOT and there was a lot to be done! they was able to do all the repairs within a days work! was so quick! and at such an affordable price! the team was very friendly especially Alan who answered every enquiry I had and explained step by step what needed to be done to my car as I know nothing about cars, would highly recommend to anyone to go to in 'n' out!

I took my daughters Fiesta in for a MOT and Service. About half an hr later I was told it failed as it needed adjustment of a headlight and the offside front shock absorber had gone. I was quoted for the shock absorber which came out to be about the normal price, so agreed to the work and was told their was a £10 charge to adjust the headlight. This did not go down well as a simple adjustment should not be charged, however I agreed. I left the car with them and about 2 hrs later I was phoned to say there was an issue as the bolt holding the shock absorber to the hub had been snapped off when trying to remove it, so I would need to pay for a new hub. I asked why plus gas was not used etc but was told it was not allowed as they're located next to a petrol station. I don't believe i should be charged for a hub when the damage was caused by the garage and if plus gas was used, it may not have even snapped. I was left stranded in Basildon with 2 children and had to make my way back by train. I collected the car 2 days later with a £285 bill. Not impressed.

I recently took my car in for a service and was immediately blown away by every team members welcoming attitude. I asked a few questions and they were happy to answer. Couldn't have wished for a better service (pun intended)

Went for my second MOT today, all completed within an hour, cheerful, polite and friendly staff who knew their stuff , no hard sell of any other products just advisory. Nice clean customer area with wifi and free refreshments. top job all round

Booked one of our cars in for a service, made the call Saturday and was booked in on Monday afternoon for service. All done within an hour and just needed a new air filter.

I had great service from the Basildon branch My car had a service and MOT it was a great service Thank you to Chris and Dan (I think) you went above and beyond I could not thank you enough (Not sure about Tarik)

Smooth operation. Options were made available but no hard sell. Had MOT & short service. Comfortable waiting area. What you see is what you get. Would recommend.

Took my Peugeot down for a main service and they've done a great job on the car. Checked everything thoroughly, recommendations where necessary and no hard sell. All done on time for the price agreed. Great service and will be using again for the MOT later this year.

I left my car there on the way to work and they kept me updated all through the process. My car is a little old banger and went in for a MOT and service. They emailed me to let me know what needed doing and I check a couple of quotes on line they were by far the cheapest. M little old lady runs lovely now. Will definitely use them again.
