Failed on suspension parts which at the service by the main dealer had advised may need doing in future. Was told parts were £46 each (two required). Fitted price £86 per side total cost £172. Have since found the price of part half that quoted. The fitting price excessive for the amount of time taken (30 mins top). Felt trapped because of MOT fail. The mechanic was a really nice guy and did a good job. Just feel a little ripped off having to pay so much.

Front offside spring brook 9am on Saturday morning rang in & out to see if they could have a look. Got a call back at 2pm to say they could do repair that afternoon, got car back at 4:30 all done.

I called in to the reception on New Years Eve to ask if it was possible to book the car in for a full service, Tyre replacement and MOT for Wednesday 02/01/19. A very pleasant greeting and a quick check of the system I was told yes no problem and given a few times to see which suited me best. While booking in I gave a few details of items I'd like to be looked at All booked in I left very happy. Wednesday came and I walked into the reception where Steve was at the desk and immediately recognised me and greeted me by name and gave a handshake. He called the details up and everything I had asked about was there to be seen by Steve. Details confirmed I handed over the keys and was told He would phone me in about 2 hours. I left. Just after 2 hours sure enough I received first of all a text message with a video of the MOT fails explained. Then A few minutes later a phone call, by which time I was heading back to the premises. Once there everything was fully explained and I was shown all matters that had caused concern and how they could be sorted. I was very happy with the explanation and the proposed solutions so was left the car to be sorted and was told I would get a phone call around 4.00pm. Again not long after 4.00pm I received the said call to say all was completed and the car was ready to pick up. Arriving at Reception all the paperwork was explained, handed over and I made payment. Just before I left another customer came in and given the same courtesy. Excellent.

Came to In'n'Out because our local main dealer had supposedly done a service, but on very shallow inspection, there were serious issues with their (expensive) work. I asked In'n'Out to do an assessment of the main dealer's work, and they showed me that every single one of the dealer's measurements was incorrect. So, I've stuck with In'n'Out ever since. Rightly coveting their Which Trusted Trader award, they are polite, non-patronising, efficient, thorough and offer great value... not 'cheap' as in corners cut, but great value for the money quoted. 100% recommended.

Can't fault them, they went out the way to keep me happy, turning car around in less than 90 minutes despite running on 3 staff. Nothing was an issue, John & Brett really deserve a medal.

I regularly use these guys for all of my cars and I am completely 100% satisfied with the level of services that I receive, with some very competitive quotes for any work done. If the work doesn't need doing then they will not invent it and this is what I want.

I went to In-n-Out as the main dealer let me down by saying I wasn't booked in when I had personally made the booking myself, they then said they could not do it for another week so I left not amused and called at In-N-Out who booked me in for the following day for service and mot. The reception staff were great and the one technician I spoke to was friendly and seemed knowledgeable, I have now used them for 4 years without any problems, they are also reasonably priced.
