Excellent customer service, booked in for full service and MOT. Agreed time started work, talked through what would be done and the time schedule, cannot fault the work done, explained at the end the advisories on the MOT and went through everything in detail what had been completed in the service, friendly staff, very clean environment and a lovely reception area to wait. Will definitely use again and recommend to friends and family.

MOT deal was fantastic, good value for money. I booked a Saturday appointment at short notice as i left my MOT late. In n out understood the urgency and made every attempt to meet my renewal date. Great work carried and answered all my queries.

Had the Porsche in for an MOT at In'n'Out Wednesbury yesterday (16/11/17). Booking in over the phone was efficient. The car was admitted immediately on arrival. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently whilst I waited. The advisories were carefully explained by the manager. There was no hard sell of other products or services. All for a cheaper price than all the competition. They now look after all my family's cars (Porsche, Audi, VW and Range Rover). What's not to like !!!

Initial thoughts not so friendly as staff on desk was talking to each other. One rep appeared to have a challenging telephone call and didn't seem to care that a customer was present. A smile at start would have been nice. However on my return to collect the car ( which was done within the estimated time) the rep took time to explain the service and I appreciated that I was not charged the original quote because they did not need to remove my wheels to check the breaks. I appreciate their honesty as perhaps not all services would have. I have the stamp in my service record book and receipts for record. I would use in and out again as cost effective.

Have used Wednesbury depot since 2011 for my Mitsubishi ASX, servicing my car from new. I have now done 100,000 miles and the car is running as good as it was in 2011. Genuine manufacturer approved parts used and I always insist on synthetic oil. Only ever had one complaint, they forgot to replace the oil cap in the engine after one service. They dealt with this issue professionally and quickly, steam cleaning the engine and replacing the oil again, all free of charge. For servicing and MOT's you will be hard pressed to find a better deal than in 'n' out Wednesbury. Free hot chocolate, free wifi and you can see them servicing the car while you wait, no brainer really

I have used In 'n' Out for five years. Always have MOT and service. Love the detailed report on my car, telling what is great and what is beginning to show signs of wear. Will continue to use them as everyone is very friendly and courteous and it's good to have a comfortable place to wait.

Have my car serviced n mot every year. Always professional and trustworthy. Fixed my seatbelt that Mercedes wanted to charge a ridiculous amount for as well. Friendly helpful staff.

I'd booked an appointment to have my tyres changed though BlackCircles.com, which they did quickly and talked me through what I needed to know. I also needed to get my car serviced and hesitantly asked if they could squeeze me in on the same day, which they were more than happy to do. I then later came back that day to have my car serviced, which they did quickly and talked me through what I needed replacing quoting me prices up front, so I could agree to the changes or decline. Great guys, I'll definitely be back!
