Called them after I was left with a totally negligent job done by a fraudulent trader. Infinity have done a first class job, putting it right at a reasonable cost. I have waited a year to review to confirm the quality of work .

Infinity did a great job re-roofing our lock-up garages. Customer handling, general assistance and helpfulness was excellent. Workmanship was fine, resulting in a rare experience of satisfactory sub-contractor provision. This supplier went ‘beyond the norm’ to provide an all round service and was a pleasure to deal with. Easy to recommend and would definitely use them again.

Having had James and Dec to repair a leaking roof previously I knew they would do a great job on this project that I had thought about for years. Keeping me posted at all times on progress, discussing every aspect, advising and helping with dealing with a long standing mains leak that we discovered by chance, they were helpful and understanding at all times, friendly and very hard working. Having lost time on the project due to the mains issue they worked late and at the weekend to catch up( in very, very hot weather) I am delighted with the result, far better than I had imagined. thankyou

James and his team comprise a quality professional outfit whom I strongly recommend. Initially we asked his service when a storm shattered our guttering. We began with guttering, fascias, soffits and backboards. He advised us what he saw in the roofing tiles was of concern. (My husband confirmed that the view inside the loft had long since concerned him). When we asked him to quote for a new roof it was half what we were expecting!! He gave us 2 quotes ……carry on with current scaffolding or return later with new scaffolding hire cost. So he squeezed us into his already heavy worklist. Simply to save us money !! He arrived when he said he would. Took time to explain everything. And was always pleasant and friendly.(He was even nice to the dog!) His emails were very detailed including photos. The disturbance is unavoidably significant being noisy and weather dependant. So I was particularly impressed with his kindness to our neighbours. We are very happy with the quality of the work and the 10 year guarantee with an insurance policy even if the firm goes out of business. Peace of mind included as standard. Job well done.

James and the team did a fantastic job! They are highly skilled, professional and honest tradesmen. They provided and complete roof replacement and new guttering system. Quotation was very professional, competitive and detailed. We also did not have to pay until we were happy with the end result. Infinity also provided detailed photographs of the work and insurance against their 10 year warranty for extra peace of mind. The team work very tidily and professionally, communication throughout the job was excellent and I felt very comfortable having them work on our house whilst we were working from home. All the team also observed social distancing during the Covid-19 pandemic. We decided to have additional flat roof work carried out on one of our bay window which was additional to the original scope. Infinity provided a very fair quote for this work additional work during the job. We were even able to get some money back from reclaiming our original 1930s roof slates. I had various companies that came out to give me quotes for this jobs, I mentioned the issues about the leak that was coming through to one of the rooms. No one mentioned what was causing the leak. They were willing to go ahead and do the roof without knowing where the issues was. The reason I would highly recommend this company is for their thoroughness, for this James would not stop until he first found where the leak was coming from which he did, his attention to details was top class and as for his honesty (Wow). As a woman I felt totally comfortable by the way the whole procedures was thoroughly explained to me and all my questions was answered appropriately. When stripping the old felt off the flat roof, their was a lot of gravel and moss, I could not believe the mess, but they thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. Thank you. The job was completed in 2 days just like they said, at a very high standard, what stood out for me was that they came across problems on the roof, they went above and beyond to make sure the standard of the job did not drop, and remained at a very high standard, throughout the issues. everything was explained what needed to be done extra before anything was actually done, This advise and extra work came at the extra cost to me. Absolutely fantastic job. Top class replacement by top class crew that worked on my house. Think they might be one of the few roofers that you can trust. Everything explained beforehand that was going to be replaced and no all of a sudden extras to be required at last a roofer with no hidden agenda. Only problem was the weather that would not let the work carry on.

The work to my mother in law’s property was completed much later than agreed. The major problem has been obtaining the insurance backed guarantee. It is now over 8 months since the completion date and I have still not received the policy. Numerous e.mails and phone call messages have all been ignored. I can not recommend this company.

So, this turned out to be the best experience I've ever had with a building firm (and I've used quite a few in the past for some very big jobs). From the time I decided to go with James' detailed quote, to the day the work was completed - there was nothing but politeness, excellent consultation and communication, and a result which was simply a brilliant job done with the minimum amount of fuss or bother (ok - there wasn't any actually). I don't need to write about any cons - because there are simply pros all the way. I highly recommend Infinity for the tremendous work done for an excellent price. I've asked James to price for another job I have brewing.

I had a verbal breakdown of what would happen with the job and weather permitting how long it would take. I then had a detailed invoice showing me the same as what had been discussed verbal, The team who did my roof were quick clean tidy and a happy bunch to be around. They were careful about their language and this was appreciated because my grand children came around while the work was being done, They let me know what they had done and what they would be doing and when.

I did a lot of research and got a couple of quotes before deciding on the quote given by James from Infinity Property Improvements Ltd. The quote was thorough and covered all aspects of the job. I had a warm deck installed and then re-felted. I also got a lower level roof re-felted at the same time. James and the crew offered a professional service and completed a great job in very challenging weather conditions. The communication and time keeping was excellent which was very re-assuring. The guys always cleaned up and were very polite. The price quoted is what I paid and was paid in full once the job was completed. I am happy to recommend Infinity Property Improvements with a five star rating.
