Rich and the team went about their business in a friendly and professional manner. Rich was the only proactive installer to make contact and then follow up on a site visit as agreed. The paperwork and quotes were supplied on time as promised, we discussed the options and eventually moved ahead with an EV charger only. The two installers quickly sorted out the work and were polite and professional. So prompt Comms and what seems like a good install leaving me a happy customer.

After becoming tired of pushy sales teams with the big players in the solar industry, I got in touch with Intolec. Richard was brilliant; visiting and finding out exactly what I wanted before doing a quote and answering email questions promptly with no pressure selling. He and his team were thoroughly professional throughout the installation and his young employees are a credit to him. Everything was done and dusted in time and my house was left clean and tidy. I'm really pleased with the system and it was brilliant to have Richard pop back a week later to check all was ok and provide advice and support using the app. I'm pretty sure I would not have had this excellent service and ongoing support with the big companies. Highly recommend.

An excellent solar panel installation by Richard and his team. He talked us through what he advised for the best configuration of panels and batteries, and explained it all in great detail. The job was carried out by his team of 4 electricians on time, without fuss and any disruption, and left us as tidy as before. Scaffolding was ordered, and erected on time, without any problem His guys are friendly, efficient and courteous, a credit to Intolec. I have used Intolec for several smaller jobs over the last few years, and will continue to do so in the future. It is so satisfying to use a local company that is so professional and helpful, we are lucky to have them.

We used intolec for our solar installation. Richard and his team were first class. The whole process started with an in-depth study of our needs and how best solar would work for us. The positioning of the panels was crucial to this and Richard chose exactly the correct solution for us. The work was carried out in two stages. At every stage Richard answered numerous questions, explaining to novices like us how it works and the best configuration and equipment that was or wasn’t needed. I cannot recommend the company enough. The team were curious and always polite and mindful of working in our home. Thanks to the whole team for a job really well done.

Came on site to give quote, which was very competitive. Scheduled work was all done on time, even scaffolders. The installation of 12 solar panels on two pitched roofs and batteries took two days. They integrated my existing EV charger into the system and I could not be happier with the standard of work. All debris was cleared up and removed after work was complete. He completed all the necessary forms to let the DNO know of and get the system authorised by National Grid. I now can charge my EV at any time, and I can see the savings already kicking in. Great job

I have a long front garden which meant that the EV charger installation was very non-standard but Richard and his guys were excellent in coming up with creative but safe and neat ways to run the cable and install the charger. They also installed a lamp post on the property at the same time and also did an excellent job. Would definitely recommend!

Richard and Jake installed solar panels, batteries and EV charger for us, including a significant extension to our 3-phase supply to make best use of available roof space and to facilitate possible future 3-phase projects. The whole experience was excellent - we were always kept informed of what they were doing and when and they got on with their work quietly and efficiently. They were very good at listening to our views on cable routing to avoid unnecessary disturbance of decoration etc. and to minimise unsightliness of visible cabling. They also recommended and fitted an immersion heater controller (Eddi) to take excess power into the immersion heater before sending further excess to the grid. The only mishap occurred when one (the last!) solar panel got damaged - this was sorted out quickly and with no fuss whatsoever. All completed to time and budget, so I would be very happy to recommend them.

We had a total kitchen electrical refit which included new up to date fuse board fitted, new lighting with rewiring, rewiring of cooker and new refitted and repositioned sockets. Richard is always professional, punctual, trustworthy and extremely knowledgeable. He is a very tidy worker and always works easily alongside other tradesman and is just a nice guy to have around. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
