I had a media wall built by Ironbridge interiors and I couldn’t be any happier with it, from planning, to the finished product the work has been amazing, I’d highly recommend them for any home project :)

In March of this year, we had a new kitchen and ensuite fitted. The kitchen was perfect. No issues and really beautiful and well-fitted. The lads were tidy as well. The ensuite and bath however had problems. The bath wasn't sealed properly as the bath wasn't filled when it was sealed. He came back and resealed it but it has come away from the wall again. The sink in the ensuite leaked into the drawer underneath and it took a while for the fitter to come back to tighten. The toilet wouldn't stop flushing and again we had to wait a while for that to get fixed. And as soon as the shower was fitted we could hear water in the walls but we couldn't tell where the leak was coming from. This got worse and worse and the room at the bottom of the house (three-story house) became damp with water coming in. One of the fitters came back and cut a hole in the room above to see if he could see where the issue was. He discovered it was the main pipe, a valve had come off and the water was pouring through there. We were happy that the water source had been determined. As it happened after the ensuite was fitted we are sure that a pipe was moved which dislodged the valve. We have lived here for two years before and no issue before. November now and we still have a hole in our living room ceiling and we still have a bath that isn't properly sealed. We have now finally given up and have asked another firm to fix the hole. Really not good enough considering how much money we spent.

Ironbridge interiors installed a new bathroom for me into a room that had been a home office, and put the home office into the old bathroom. Louise did an excellent job with the design, and the fitters were brilliant and putting everything together for me. Nothing was too much trouble for them and the work was completed within the expected timeframe, it looks fantastic. I would absolutely recommend Ironbridge Interiors.

Newport Showroom Work for our walk-in shower, vanity unit and toilet started on 11th March, finally completed 21st June. The initial survey was inadequate, there was poor communication between the planner, fitters and customer. Fitters had too much control, were unreliable and made a careless mistake when measuring. The experience was stressful. Although the general manager has apologised and we received a small refund, ultimately we did not get the finish expected or the best use of space.

Louise at Ironbridge Interiors really listened to what I wanted to achieve when designing our en suite, where other bathroom companies didn’t appear to listen to me as well. She was extremely patient with my endless questions. Ray who fitted the en suite for me was very professional and tidy. His workmanship is at a very high level. Overall I’m very impressed with the company so much so I’ve booked them to fit our main bathroom in the summer. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

After deciding to update the bathroom and have a total refit (including taking the bath out and replacing with a walk in shower) we arranged a meeting with Louise from Ironbridge Interiors and from there she brought to life our dream bathroom. Louise was efficient and very accommodating to our requests. She gave us useful advice and kept in contact throughout the whole process. Tony, who fitted the bathroom, worked hard and kept the house tidy while we moved out when the work was being done. The work was done within schedule. We would definitely recommend Ironbridge Interiors and will definitely use them again for our next project.

Just a brief note to thank you for your efforts in planning and implementing our new wet room. We are well pleased with it and just have to get used to the new logistics for washing etc! If you wish to see the room you are welcome to visit. The room would not look like it does if it had not been installed by a craftsman. I have to say that they demonstrated great skill, flexibility and tolerance which resulted in the room looking as it does, with a superb finish. To say that we are pleased is a marked understatement.
