I’d like to start by thanking Jay from J4D Electrical for the fantastic work carried out on our home. Jay and his team were professional, reliable, and highly skilled from start to finish. They completed a full rewire of the house, installed solar panels on the roof, and fitted a battery system at the side of the property. Alongside this, the heating system was installed at the same time, and Jay played a key role in helping design and configure everything so it all works seamlessly together, including our wood-fired stove, oil system, and solar. The pricing was very fair and transparent, and the quality of workmanship was outstanding throughout. What really stood out was Jay’s knowledge, input, and honest advice—some of the best ideas in this renovation actually came from him, and he helped us get the most value for money. Jay was also a great team player, working closely with other trades such as plumbers and fitters to ensure everything ran smoothly and efficiently without any issues. I honestly can’t thank Jay and his team enough. Not only did they deliver excellent results, but they also gave us a system we’ve always aspired to have in our home. Highly recommended—professional, trustworthy, and a pleasure to work with.

I received several quotes for a domestic system and a large commercial system. J4D was competitive and the communication was excellent and continues to be excellent. Questions are answered promptly and the work was done to a high standard, on time and in budget. He won't sell you something you don't need and he isn't pushy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

We had a number of quotes to fit solar panels, batteries and a car charger. A couple of the quotes, on closer inspection, were for inferior products and/or insufficient capacity. Jay came out, listened to our requirements and gave great advice. We went with him because we trusted him. The quality of the work was excellent, despite very challenging weather conditions and the price was fair. We now enjoy cheap rate electricity thanks to the batteries during the winter months and free electricity once the sun comes out. Good advice, top quality installation and equipment installed. I would strongly recommend J4D!

Jay carried out a partial rewiring, additions and modifications to our 4 bed Victorian house renovation. His initial quote was very competitive and he was extremely helpful giving us intelligent and cost effective ways to achieve what we wanted. Whilst the work was underway, Jay was very considerate about how he worked around us making sure that we had power when we needed it and floorboards put back down at the end of the day. The quality of the work was good and even though the project took longer than Jay had originally estimated, this didn't affect the final invoice. We would definitely recommend J 4 D Electrical.
