We are a family run business providing high-quality plumbing services for homes and businesses across London and North-West Kent.

I must say how good it is to come across a company like this, efficient, friendly and punctual. I contacted Rob following a recommendation from a neighbour, he sent 2 of his team Ashley and Jamie within 24 hours, both great lads very polite and attentive, everything was explained so well. First problem sorted within a couple of hours and the bathroom was left completely clean and tidy. I was so pleased I recommended them to another neighbour immediately.

Rob and his team have handled work on my property for 6 years now, both plumbing, gas, and new boiler fitting. I first used Rob over 10 years ago when we had a problem with the boiler. I was impressed by his professional approach. He (and his then apprentice) committed to and arrived at the appointed time, examined the boiler and explained the problem. He showed me the problem. Then he explained my options and the likey costs involved.I also observed him instructing, guiding and inspecting the work done by his apprentice. He was very thorough. The work was exemplary. (And neat!) I've contuined to use Rob and his team with full confidence ever since then. Highly recommend.

Second house move and second boiler

We have just moved for the second time. This is our second move ew boiler, only this time it was a complete new system. The team were great, friendly, approachable and tidy! At the end of each day I came home to a clean and tidy working area. Rob was very fair explaining all the (small) risks that could happen when changing over from a conventional to combi boiler, fortunately everything went well. Rob is a perfectionist and sets high standards, the boys all know this and so it is reflected in their work. I will continue to recommend them.
