We couldn't be happier with the work Platinum Plumbers have done, from the start, helping us decide what would work and what wouldn't in our new bathroom, through to the quality of the work, and of the finish. They kept to their quote, and finished on time, and were extremely diligent and hardworking throughout - as well as being friendly and always courteous. Every little detail was looked after. We will be using them again.

Rob and Justin have done various jobs for us over the years and we've always been really pleased with their work. We first met them when my landlord used them to fit a new boiler and they did a great job, so when we bought a house 3 years ago we used them to fit a new boiler. Since then they've done a few smaller jobs for us as we've done work on different bits of the house. They always do a great job, they are tidy and clean up after themselves, and communicate well before and during the job. I'd really recommend them.

Platinum were friendly and trustworthy. It was important to me that I felt able to communicate well with the tradesmen working at my property and Platinum always replied to me when I got in touch. We had new radiators and a new boiler fitted and we are happy with the speed and quality of the work. Platinum also chatted through any concerns or ideas we had so that we could come to a conclusion on what to do e.g. best location for a radiator.

Selected this company on the basis of previous reviews. Water had got in behind the tiles in our loft extension shower which meant stripping out the shower and re-tiling. We also took the opportunity of having the shower and shower tray replaced. Rob explained the pitfalls of doing this type of work and matching up with the rest of the bathroom. Apart from the fact we could not source the same border tiles you would not really know that the work had been done. All the comments made in the above reviews are correct, we were kept advised on all steps and left them to,get on with the job. We would strongly recommend this company

Platinum Plumbing was highly recommended to me by my neighbour, and they didn't disappoint. They came to install a shower in my bathroom and because of the state of my walls, the work had to be done over a few days. It was always explained to me what they were going to do, and what problems might arise. Rob always contacted me by text to say when they were coming and was it convenient to me. Rob and his team were friendly, polite, hard working, skilled and informative. They were punctual, tidy and cleaned up afterwards. I highly reccommend this company and would not hesitate using them again or giving their number to friends and family.
