Jon was extremely helpful in advising on best lights and fan for our bathroom. He answered my email promptly and returned a competitive quote. He left everywhere clean and tidy once he had finished and we are very pleased with the result.

I needed this electrical work to be done, prior to the installation of solar panels (and a unit that diverts excess energy to heating the hot water cylinder). Although clearly busy with other work, Jonathan agreed a date that he could carry out the works and provided me with a fixed price quotation that I thought was fair and reasonable. He carried out the required work speedily and left the area where the floorboards had to be lifted in a tidy state. He was very personable and without being excessively chatty, kept me fully informed of progress throughout the works. For any future electrical work I will give Jonathan first refusal, as I am very happy with the way this work was carried out.

We needed a hanging light installed to a very high ceiling with difficult access. Jonathan completed the work without any fuss and without causing any marks to our new paintwork. Jon recently completely rewired our house. From initial estimate to finishing Jon has been professional, courteous, reliable and hard working, always ready to explain and willing to suggest alternatives where our ideas weren’t optimal. He has been very tidy in his work and accommodating of us, and the finished job is very neat. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Jon, he is excellent.

Jon has replaced our consumer unit as well as carrying out a safety inspection and installing light fittings and replacing wall switches. Jon rewired my shed and changed a light in my loft. He is clearly a professional in his field. He arrived on time for each piece of work. He was happy to talk me through the work as he was carrying it out The whole installation was very well done with tidy and neat wiring. On completion, he left the site clean and tidy as if he had never been except for the excellent new fittings! Jon is personable and friendly. This is the second job done by Jon. He carried out: Electrical Installation Testing, providing a detailed written report of findings; replaced a single socket with a double socket; replaced a dimmer switch with an ordinary light switch; corrected a fault in a bathroom pull switch. The job was done to the agreed date and costing. Jon works diligently; there were no mobile phone interruptions or drinks breaks. He makes himself freely available to answer any questions put to him by the customer. His replies revealing a comprehensive knowledge of his trade.

After doing extensive previous work on an extension and conversion, Jon was my first point of call when I wanted to install a smart central heating system in my home. He listened to our needs and recommended a product (Wiser) that would fit these and had a strong performance on the which report. I had investigated systems myself and his recommendation fell in line with my view. He then quoted and we agreed the work schedule. He installed the system in less than a day, even given the poor wiring he found in my boiler (which he corrected). He took me through the process of programming and showed me how to add products to the system. Always polite, punctual and cleaned up after himself thoroughly. I would highly recommend him for any electrical work around your home.

After Jon stepped in and fixed a mess a previous electrician had left us in for an extension. When we wanted to convert a garage to an additional bedroom with ensuite, replace our consumer unit and upgrade the electrics in another garage we had no hesitation to turn to Jon and we were not to be disappointed. The work was carried out professionally and he made a number of suggestions to improve the job. This included a remote timer for the external lights which works a treat. The little additional jobs were done without impacting the overall timing of the job and apart from materials didn’t increase his price He is a very meticulous worker, always cleaned up and left every job as if it were his own home. Jonathan carried out a full electrical survey and resulting remedial work (consumer unit replacement ) plus some helpful advice. He was available within my time frame, punctual and unobtrusive. This house in East Kent is new to me and I certainly hope he will work here when needed.
