Based in Carshalton, Surrey and operating throughout South London, Surrey and the surrounding areas. We are a well established, small building company with over 25 years experience. Many of the professionals that work with us have done so for 25 years and all work to the highest standards.

We understand that having building work carried out on your property can be daunting, so our aim it to run each job as smoothly and professionally as possible, on time and on budget with as little disruption as possible.

I only undertake one large contract at a time so from start to finish your work has my undivided attention.

I would and have highly recommended J Cullen Building. Our kitchen was completed to a very high standard, Mr Cullen and his team worked hard, communicated well throughout the process and achieved everything we hoped for.

Highly recommended. Jim is extremely professional with a particularly good eye for detail. His work is high quality and neat and he leaves everything clean afterwards, He is very pleasant to deal with and easy to contact when off site. He's clearly very experienced and has the knack of being able to explain things clearly. He's also good at offering ideas and advice. Very trustworthy and I'd certainly use him again.

He has been our builder for over 20 years and he is does all kinds of building and decorating work for us. I don't need anyone else and I definitely would never use anybody else. Am always incredibly happy. He is so trustworthy and he fits his schedule around me. Always on budget sometimes over time because I think of new things he can do to. Never any problems. If there are which is very rare, he is always back really quickly to fix it free of charge.
