Jack and his team have done several jobs for us in the last couple years, moved boiler from bedroom to kitchen, helped design and fitted new bathroom and most recently serviced boiler. They are knowledgeable and competent and they do take pride in their work which shows in the quality of what they do. We're happy we've found a plumber & team we will trust for years to come

Jack and his team did an amazing job moving a combi boiler from one bedroom to the kitchen. They are an extremely knowledgeable and competent crew and were also really friendly and helpful to deal with. Very thankful Jack went above and beyond to find the right kind of bricks for making good. We couldn't be happier and we will sure use Jack's services again in the future.

Jack and his team provided an excellent service updating my radiators. They turned up on time, were very friendly, concerned about keeping the carpets etc clean, and generally ran a professional job. Could not have asked for anything more.

Jack Ford: Professional & Efficient Plumber
Customer Service

I found Jack as a result of several neighbours recommending him online. Apart from being a very pleasant man to deal with he demonstrated professional efficiency and promptness from estimate to completion; this included coming up with creative solutions to bath leakage problems and pointing out secondary issues we had not expected but which needed attention. And his prices are very reasonable in comparison with large plumbing companies. So I have no hesitation in joining my neighbours in recommending Jack.

Jack has been my plumber of choice over a number of years and has completed a significant amount of work for me, including design, build and fit-out of a luxury wet-room bathroom, design and installation of downstairs toilet, replacing boiler and conducting annual servicing plan, and fitting digital heat management system. His work is of the highest quality, well priced and he always meets the commitments outlined in the quotation. His eye for design is superb, and often helps with ideas/alternatives when I've been stuck with decision making. Additionally, his team are professional, thorough, tidy and respectful.
