I have recently had a replacement boiler installed by J & L Bradley from Knaresborough. The service from quotation, planning, explanation through to installation was exceptional and a first rate customer experience thank you. The staff were professional, courteous, listened to any questions and queries we had, and the hand over to our new system was explained in a down to earth , easy to follow process. I am not surprised that this business has stood the test of time and enjoys a well deserved reputation for excellence. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

From my first visit with Gavin at J&L Bradley to view my 42 year old heating system and quote for a full new heating system, I was very well advised and felt totally re-assured the job required would not be a problem for their company. The quote given was very acceptable. Any questions I asked their secretary Sue, were answered really swiftly. The engineers arrived on time as promised on the day of installation. They were so professional, so efficient, and fast workers, they advised every step of the way explaining what they were doing. They were clean, tidy, and so polite. New boiler and tank installed in new location. Split our single zone heating system into two. Included decommission of all existing kit. Collin was extremely professional, courteous and carried out top notch work on schedule. Plan to continue service with JLB and would highly recommend them for any future heating/hot water works.

I received quotes from various individuals before getting in touch with J and L Bradley following a number of recommendations. Gavin came and was very thorough explaining everything I needed to know about the boilers they supply and fit. Initial installation at the beginning of May had to be postponed due to the Covid Lockdown. The reopening of businesses then made it possible for my new boiler to be installed at the beginning of June. Social distancing meant I just had the one engineer, Colin, for the duration of the installation: both Colin and his installation were exceptional from start to finish and I am absolutely delighted with my new boiler and the service I received. Loss of heating and hot water due to recirculatory pump / 3 way valve Ceasing up . Telephoned J&L Bradley Heating engineers at 8.37 am and an engineer ( Gavin ) attended within 1 Hour 15 Mins After assessing the problem he fitted new parts and I was fully operational within 4 Hours Great Service and very pleasant staff .

We had a boiler fitted in 2013 by J&L Bradley and have used them ever since for all heating related problems. As an existing customer they are always prompt to reply to queries and to make appointments for work to be carried out. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and never rush off when there are questions to be answered. All around excellent service!

When my boiler gave up leaving me with no heating or hot water JLB managed to visit at short notice and within 48 hours had installed a new boiler for me. Their professionalism, attention to detail and exceptional communication was nothing short of exemplary service. Highly recommend!
