About

I’ve been a gas engineer for over 12 years, learning my trade as apprentice at British Gas. I worked at British Gas for 9 years. During that time I gained extensive experience in all aspects of central heating. Eventually become lead engineer. In 2015 I decided to leave British Gas and go it alone. I’ve been on multiple boiler manufactures training course, I’m also a Vaillant approved installer.

Jack carried out a boiler service for my elderly mother in Wood Green. He was efficient and polite and did a great job. He found something that needed repair and explained the issue clearly , giving options for putting it right. Overall a very positive experience. Highly recommended

I was recommended to Jack Pearson by a friend several years ago for a boiler service which Jack has carried out ever since. I have always found him polite, reliable , knowledgeable and very helpful.Today Jack carried out a couple of repairs on my bathroom which he carried to his usual high standard. Jack responded quickly to our call following the breakdown of our boiler. He identified the fault within minutes, established the expected costs and ordered the relevant parts following our agreement to go ahead with the repair. He then came to fix the fault, on a Saturday, because he knows how much his customers rely on a functioning central heating system in this cold snap. Jack is responsive and great at communicating through all parts of the process. I highly recommend his service.

My central heating did not work, the water was not flowing round the system. I found Jack's details on the internet + various recommendations. Within minutes of looking at my boiler, Jack diagnosed the problem, and got my central heating up and running. Yes, I would recommend Jack to anyone.

Jack attended our property when our ancient boiler sprung a leak. No surprise, needed to be replaced, we'd held off for a decade or more. Jack quoted for the work and did a very professional job, excellent service, invoice made sense, good value for money, one piece couldn't be installed he took it off the final invoice. Week later had a major leak in another property I own caused by flat upstairs but they were slow to handle so I called Jack who was there in 35 minutes. In fact, other plumber got there 10 mins before him (having been called 8 hours earlier) but couldn't figure out the cause of the leak. Jack switched off all fans and noise and used his ears to follow the sound, figured it out and isolated the offending loo. Now the owner of the upstairs flat wants to use Jack too!

This gentleman came to fix my boiler. I was very worried as I thought i would need a new one and would end up by an expensive job, but he found the fault straight away and fixed it at a great price! He was very helpful and explained the whole maintenance work to me. He let me know when he was on his way and arrived on time. Very happy with the job done.

Cannot praise Jack enough, after many visits by other engineers and costing many hundreds of pounds in trying to repair our boiler, then Jack arrived and after all the trouble we have been having we decided to have a new boiler installed. Within one week the new boiler was ordered and installed, including new pipe work. He did a fantastic job, all up and working fine. Peace of mind - We are so very happy. Good Luck to Jack and everyone who else hit the jackpot.
