Had a boiler installed in one of our rental properties, work was completed to a high and neat standard and very tidy and efficient. We have also had various other little jobs completed, yet again to a high and neat standard. The company has always been very punctual and if running behind they've made us aware.

On this occasion I contacted J&S Plumbing & Heating to fit a kitchen mixer tap as the old one had broken. The time was arranged for 8.00am and the plumber turned up exactly on time. The job took 45 minutes from entering my house to leaving. A fiddly job which was carried out without fuss. The area was left clean and tidy and we have had no issues or cause to call the plumber back for further work on the tap. J&S Plumbing & Heating have visited our house several times to fit a new boiler, service the boiler and carry out maintenance checks. We have never had an issue with this company. They are always on time, courteous and leave the area clean and tidy.

J&S plumbing & heating helped me from 2016-2020 in all sorts of ways. I am a property developer and Jason Andrews has installed four combi boilers, five bathrooms and helped install two kitchens including worktops and plumbing. It was a shame when he moved to Lincoln or I would still be using him but a bit far away now. I could not fault his professionalism, honesty, price and he is the hardest working contractor I have ever used.

We had a mixer tap replaced by J&S Plumbing & Heating The old tap was removed from the kitchen island (behind a Belfast sink) and replaced with a new one. The job was carried out without fuss and the area was left clean and tidy once the job was finished. We were given a time of arrival for the plumber which was very convenient as many other trades people tend to generalise to 'morning' or 'afternoon' appointments.
