We are an established computer repair specialist. Our team undertakes desktop computer repairs, services and cable troubleshooting work for clients in the local county of Surrey.
Based in Dorking, we realise that computer cables are the cause of many common Personal computer problems. Our trained professionals and our high-grade workers provide dedicated computer services designed to address and rectify the roots causes behind today's most challenging and complex issues.
Much of the work that we do focuses on the domestic marketplace. Although the majority of our customers are Personal computer literate, their desktop computers often let them down at the times when they are needed most. We are here to help you. My PC was making very bad sounds. James from JW Systems was able to fit me in at very short notice and carried out the repair and replacement whilst I waited as well as giving my PC a very much-needed internal clean! From initial contact to getting back home with a fully repaired PC took all of about an hour and a half. And all for a very fair fee. Will be using them for all my personal and business PC support requirements. Very happy with them and have no hesitation in recommending them. I live in Beare Green and its great to know they are just down the road!

Thank you My laptop lost Windows in an update and I just got a black screen Called at just after 1pm .. dropped off to them around 2pm. All sorted by 5pm and dropped off back to me as coming passed my door. Amazing service and great value. Would definitely recommend

Had viral infection on computer. Contacted JW Systems & they came around within a couple of hours. Had to take the machine away, but called me in the afternoon of the following day and said it was ready to re-install. Good quick service. Collection, repair & delivery cost £40 plus VAT. Microsoft Certified, Dell Registered Partner. The computer virus was very severe and wiped out all Microsoft protection and updating facilities. The J-W Systems engineer said it was one of worst viruses he had seen in 13 years. Took the machine away twice and then spent approximately 3 hours putting back deleted programmes and restoring service to normal. Did all this under the original bill of £40 plus VAT. Machine now sorted. Exceptional service!
