I needed to have a broken ridge tile replaced on the roof. Jon was recommended by a friend so I called him on Monday, he came to look at the job first thing on Tuesday and fixed it there and then. Prompt service at a good price. I will definitely use him again and I will recommend him to others.

Jon did some repairs to a few cast iron gutters and 1 downpipe on our property in February 2020. The gutters are good, but the downpipe is nothing short of a bodge-job. The downpipe was not properly sealed, some pieces not sealed at all, held in position with screws in between joints. It leaked heavily casing very damp walls and ultimately water ingress through a window casement. having sent text messages, whatsapps and phone calls from August 2020 to May 2021 Jon has failed to respond and correct the issue. We had another trader out last month, who took it all apart and refitted everything correctly. Disappointed with J Woods quality of work and service.
