James and his team have just completed a single story extension for us with large sliding doors. The experience from start to finish has been exceptionally positive. From the very start James was willing to invest time in discussing the project and offering suggestions from similar jobs. This was really useful as sometimes our big ideas might have been somewhat impractical. Next was a great estimate with simple summary but plenty of detail attached. Once we got underway there were regular consultations on progress, issues and resolutions, budget implications etc. We always felt informed and in control. James's team were all super professional; on time, friendly, high quality workmanship, and always an attempt to tidy up at the end of the day. When we reviewed the completed project there were very few snags and all were addressed immediately. Best of all the final bill was almost exactly to estimate. We are really happy to leave a review for Brannan Carpentry. James, Duncan and the team (electrician, plumber and the plasterers) have delivered a dream kitchen for us. From first meeting to final cleanup we have been impressed by their professionalism and most importantly by the quality of the actual work. We had the old kitchen ripped out, a wall removed and a completely new kitchen installed. The final results are so far beyond what we were expecting. It really is a lovely kitchen and the finish is just so beautifully sharp. The team were considerate of us as homeowners and when we had to ask them to hold up the work for a week due to a problem not of their causing, the guys took it in their stride and were able to work around our revised schedule. I honestly cannot praise them highly enough.

James was fantastic to work with throughout our 3 month extension work. James and his team built us a 4 meter rear extension with a 3 meter side wraparound. The work went relatively without a hitch; any problem that were encountered were oversights on the part of the architects. James dealt with this issues with very effective solutions and estimated build time was only minimally affected. Overall James and his team were consistently polite, punctual and considerate, achieve everything we asked of them and more and delivered exactly what we envisioned while minimising disruption to us as far as possible for the duration of the work. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. They were really considerate and were friendly towards our 2 year old as well.

Great customer service from initial enquiry through to completion of the job. All the trades who worked on the job were great. Always polite, respectful, prompt & professional. We are highly delighted with our new kitchen.

James and Duncan worked continuously from 7.30 to 4 each day always leaving things as tidy as possible at the end of the day and hoovering as they went along. They are really nice chaps to have around and we had no qualms about leaving the house in their hands when we went out. We were always consulted on any areas of doubt or details. Their subbies were all equally pleasant to have around. Can definitely recommend.

After witnessing my parent's build and friends kitchen project completed by Brannan Carpentry we knew we'd found the people for our own project and they didn't disappoint. Skilled workers, outstanding project management, they were all friendly, courteous and tidy, they made it easy for us and the experience has been very positive. The build had a complication due to waste sewer placement and James was able to quickly organise solutions and kept us updated on quote adjustments as well as those for extra deep footings. We added extras as the build progressed and they were able to quickly meet the demands. We are absolutely thrilled with our stunning family room and re-roofed side extension.
