A new kitchen is a big investment, so it was important to me to work with someone I could trust; that they could supply and fit the kitchen as well as project manage all of the work needed around that. James spent time helping us design the layout and choose all of the elements needed. A detailed quote was provided which was updated promptly as and when changes were made. A plan in terms of what would happen when allowed us to plan our lives and everything worked like clockwork. James was always prompt in replying to queries and organised all of the various trades so there was no need for us to organise or chase anything. Everyone arrived on time, professional, courteous and trustworthy. Our kitchen is fitted beautifully and exactly how we imagined it would be. Would highly recommend.

James’s has done an amazing job of fitting our bespoke inframe kitchen. We are perfectionists and can honestly say that we are 100% happy . From the moment we met James we knew we could rely on him to take over as he has the knowledge and experience of a true professional. Nothing was too much trouble for James and he always asked how we wanted things done. He goes above and beyond to make things perfect and his work speaks for itself ! We will always be grateful to James for fitting our kitchen at such short notice.

We are delighted with our new gaslit kitchen and flooring that James has fitted. His wider team (Plasterer, Electrician, and Plunber) were also really good and helpful and considerate workers. James was also very quick to respond to any of our messages/queries. I would highly recommend James to anyone who was thinking of having a new kitchen.

We can't speak more highly about this guy. James' attention to detail and care about his work stood out to us from day one. His arrival on site was always punctual and he always left at the end of the day and through to completion, with everything left tidy and with all mess having been tidied, collected and disposed of. James helped us through the design stage and made suggestions that helped steer through to a successful conclusion. Post completion and payment of all monies, we experienced a couple of very minor issues that James responded to quickly and resolved without hesitation. What more can we say? If you want a nice new kitchen then in our opinion, James is your man.

I cannot recommend James enough. From start to finish the service James provided was exceptional. He was professional, reliable and always willing to share advice and guidance from both a design and technical perspective. There were challenges outside of James control but James took ownership of the situation and delivered on everything he said he would. The kitchen itself is exactly what we wanted and it has been fitted to a very high standard, all thanks to James’ and his teams hard work. Once again, couldn’t recommend him enough.

I contacted James after researching local kitchen fitters in Birmingham, I came across James's reviews, website and was impressed by the reviews and portfolio of work. I contacted James for a quote and he visited the next week, we discussed the work needed and James provided us with a very competitive quote. James kept in contact with me while I was waiting on Wren delivery dates, we agreed a start date and James and Jack arrived on time and completed the work as agreed with his recommendations along the way to ensure the best finish possible, as well as the kitchen itself which looks fantastic, James arranged additional trades including, plasterer and plumber who also arrived on time and completed the work to a high standard. As with any renovations we ammended certain aspects of the build and added additional work which James was very accommodating too. I would 100% use James again and recommend him to friends and relatives.

We used James Field Kitchens to fit our brand new Wren kitchen which we purchased ourselves separately and James himself fitted along with his colleague Jack and we are so, so glad we did! James is absolutely awesome as is Jack. Both are so skilled in what they do and are an absolute pleasure to have had in our home fitting the kitchen. They turned up as arranged bright and early every day and got straight down to work. Their knowledge and workmanship are second to none and they turned a mountain of kitchen parts in boxes into our magnificent kitchen extremely fast and with absolute ease and the results are absolutely stunning!!! Kitchen looks fantastic!! Any problem encountered were swiftly met with a solution and help and guidance given throughout.... Even before any visit, James was helping me and offering advice via WhatsApp in messages and videos, even late on a Sunday evening. He truly knows what he is doing and we can't recommend him and Jack enough. Tidied up at the end of each day and both he and Jack were a pleasure to have an on board. And the price was fantastic also. James has even said he will come back and replace the doors and pelmets etc (that were already damaged by Wren during delivery, not by James) when Wren deliver them! Top man 😀 Cannot recommend these guys enough!! Main reason we chose James was because of all the awesome reviews..... And they are not lying! If you need a kitchen fitted, use these guys! They are brilliant!

James and his team are all highly professional and take pride in their work from start to finish, (the pricing of my project was also very competitive). They were on time and completed the installation to a high standard. I would have no hesitation in recommending James Field kitchens.

Hired James to do a complete kitchen renovation, as well as moving a toilet room and ripping out bifold doors and replacing with a window. From the start we felt we were in good hands - he recommended a kitchen maker that turned out to be better quality and cheaper than other ones we'd looked at, and then triple checked all the measurements that the kitchen designer took just to make sure. His entire crew were incredibly friendly, and you could always trust that they'd be there whenever they needed to be and would do a great job too. James sourced the flooring and countertops, reducing our stress levels, and ensured at all points that we knew what was happening, when and why. James finished on time, exactly to budget, and it went basically perfectly - a very stressful situation was made far far simpler by hiring James. I'll be recommending him to everyone who wants a kitchen redo until he retires!!
