Contacted Friday just before 1700 with problem..Immediate response and though not emergency they came out before 0830 the next morning and cleared a serious blockage in under an hour. Neil very professional and cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommended.

Had a blockage in my drains which was gradually getting worse, so called out Jetting Services who tried to jet my drain but to no avail, so they did a bit of detective work to establish that the blockage was actually in a neighbor's drain three doors down. They jetted her drain and lo and behold, my drains were immediately cleared. Dean and Nathan were very respectful and thoughtful and they even hosed down my patio with bleach, leaving everything clean and tidy. I couldn't have asked for anything more and their rates are extremely competitive. Would definitely use them again (although I'd rather not have to!) and I would definitely recommend them to anyone with drainage problems.

Had had an additional w.c. installed recently. Coincidentally, a short while after contractor had finished installation it seemed water from the w.c.s and the wash basins was draining more slowly than before. Fearing a repetition of a problem 2/3 years ago - tree roots blocking a pipe - I turned to Which? Trusted Trader, where I found Jetting Services Direct. I sent an email setting out the problem and asking for an estimate. In less than 10 minutes the company rang me back, to give me an estimate (which I accepted) and then agree an appointment. The company sent Richie, smartly and appropriately dressed and punctual to the minute. Although he had already been told about the problem by his company, nonetheless he double-checked with me again before starting. He jetted the pipes and resolved the issue. He then used the CCTV so my wife and I could see for ourselves that the pipes (save for minor joint displacement) were in satisfactory condition and not requiring attention. (The employee of national/international company I used 2/3 years ago insisted at that time that pipes had been broken by tree roots and needed lining or replacement. He insisted I sign his work sheet to confirm he had told me this and to absolve him from blame if in future there were problems as a consequence of my not having had the pipes repaired/replaced).
