Joe and his team turned up on time as promised. They carried out a full assessment of the two leaks in the roof. Within 24 hours he produced a detailed and competitive quote. Joe turned up at the agreed time and date, he took time to discuss the problem again. His team then cracked on with the job keeping me appraised throughout the repair. From the time Joe gave me his quote to actually doing the job he kept in regular contact and was very punctual in answering any questions that I had. Throughout, communication with Joe and the team was superb. They were all very professional,polite, hard working and extremely tidy. Joe did not try to sell us anything we did not need and advised me not to spend money needlessly, which was refreshingly honest of him. Joe and his team were excellent and I cannot praise them enough and certainly would not hesitate to use this company again in the future.

JLR quoted a good price for the work, communicated well - there was a delay as just before Christmas so work deferred. New date set - notification of arrival time sent. Work done quickly with good flow of information. Very pleased and have requested a further quote from them.

Joe was quick with comms pre visiting to scope and quote the job. Arrived on time and provided a very competitive, comprehensive quote when he said he would. Nice also not to feel pressured unlike with some other quotes received. Prior to the job, he kept me informed with any updates. On the day, arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently. Lots of dust sheets down and made sure it was all tidy afterwards. Work was of a very high standard and it looks great - I couldn’t be more pleased. Has even offered to come back and do some extra cosmetic work on the free of charge. Would absolutely recommend.

Joe and his team were brilliant, the work we had done was a total replacement of slates, felt, battens & damaged gutter. The whole process was very smooth from the arrival of scaffolders, skip, the team starting their work to finish. Joe kept us informed all through the process so that we knew what was happening and when, and everything was done on time as planned. They were friendly but professional and considerate, always making sure we were happy, and tidied everything up it was spotless. I live in a terrace house, and they were very considerate to my neighbours too. The join from my roof to theirs look seamless, and my loft has never been tidier as Joe's team cleaned it for us after the work completed. Joe even made sure the scaffolding and skip were taken away swiftly so that I can use my drive again, he was very thoughtful always putting customers first. We are really pleased with the work, and would not hesitate to ask them to do such work again. Definitely recommend them!

When Joe first described how he could solve our valley problem, it was a method I had never come across before. The team were excellent, and solved our chimney repointing and valley replacement tasks with minimum fuss. Communication was good and was done in a friendly way.
