Joe replaced all the ridge tiles for me. His communication was excellent from the outset. There were some weather related delays but he was upfront and communicated clearly the impact and got the work done asap. Very professional throughout and a very competatove price. I would definately us him again. Highly recommended.

Joe and his team fitted a large felt flat roof for us before solar panels were added. Working with Joe was a pleasure from start to finish, a comprehensive estimate, delivered to budget and timeframe. Joe also went out of his way to assist the solar installers, supplied them with materials and integrated the mountings with them to finish off the roof. In short, a fantastic service, and we couldn't have asked for better.

Joe respected our home and us. He fixed all of our issues. We trusted him and he delivered. He was polite and well mannered. Our home was left clean and tidy, he removed all debris. Joe and the team replaced half the roof on our Victorian cottage and did an amazing job. It was challenging work due to access restrictions and historical damage, but everything was resolved to perfection. They also installed a new hopper and fixed a long-standing drainage issue, as well as replacing some additional tiles on the other side of the roof. Everyone was incredibly polite and considerate, and the site was left immaculate once they had finished. All the work was done as planned and on budget. Everything was clearly explained to us, and communication was excellent. We would 100% recommend JLR Roofing Solutions.

I chose Joe and his team after reading their reviews on Trusted Trader. I was nervous after having many other companies not giving fixed price quotes, and Joe completely alleviated any concerns with his professional manner, his knowledge, clear and immediate communication, dealing with any questions I had, and his amazingly polite, thoughtful and hardworking team. I have used many trades on rebuilding my house over the years, and i can honestly say Joe and his team have been exemplary and outstanding in every way. I had my roof replaced, but cost was an issue, due to it being a large and many angled roof. Joe worked with me to find the best solution, keeping in budget, whilst still achieving the look I wanted. Whilst the work was being done, his team were extremely courteous - honestly, the politest group of men i have worked with. They were very hardworking, tidy and no query was too much to bother them with. The work was completed in the time frame Joe set, even though we had dreadful and extreme rain for 2 days in the middle of the job. Joe is outstanding in his field, and I believe, as a person. He has built a business and a staff that i would recommend in a heartbeat. Definitely 5 star in every way.

Joe first did some work for me on a rental property in January 2024. He conducted a roofing condition survey, which was a requirement for my insurance, and provided a comprehensive report. Since then he has attended to replace slipped and broken tiles and quote for a full reroofing and chimney repointing. Joe has always gone out of his way to be helpful. Joe is professional, reliable, and a great communicator. He really listens to what his customers want and accommodates their requirements. In my case, using lime mortar and sheep’s wool insulation on a traditional solid-walled property, rather than modern non-breathable materials, so as to preserve the fabric of the building. He is considerate of local building styles and sources materials that blend in with the surroundings. I expect to be booking Joe and his team shortly for a full reroofing and have recommended him to my neighbour.

Joe and his team completed the agreed work on the planned date, and were flexible when agreeing the date to fit in with our solar panel installation. The communication before and after the work was excellent. On the day the team were very professional and friendly. The team did an excellent job in cleaning the roof by hand (no pressure washing) and left the site clean and tidy. They were also able to repair a soffit and remove an unwanted television aerial as agreed and completed the work on budget. Highly recommended.

Changed gutters for Deep-flow & realigned. Replaced the old felt on the small flat roof. After trying for some months to get quotes & no one giving us any confidence to proceed, (from price from one end of the scale to the other & vague info & answers to questions). From the initial visit to receiving the quote was prompt. Joe & his small team are professional, polite, friendly & helpful. They arrived on the given date & kept us informed as they got held up in traffic. We did worry that he seemed to be rather young & would he have the necessary skills but he did exactly what he said he would & kept me informed with updates throughout the day's progress. He was happy to accommodate our preferred choices & adjusted his price accordingly His price was in the middle of 3, and l would have no hesitation in recommending him. We rarely give five stars for anything so we’ll done, thank you Joe

Joe came to repair and replace a couple of damaged valleys, as well as providing a full hand-scrape clean of the roof - in preparation for solar panels we were getting fitted. Joe and his team were incredibly friendly and nice people - whilst also being very professional and respectful of the property. He was more than happy to make accommodation for the solar install work we had planned, and kept me informed and in the loop of timings throughout. Having moss removed from the roof generates a lot of mess, but Joe and his team did an excellent job of cleaning up afterwards. Thoroughly impressed

Joe and the JLR team completely retiled my new roof for a loft conversion and installed a flat roof for the dormer. They were always friendly, punctual and easy to get a hold of when needed. Very happy with the final, and other tradesmen working on the house have since commented on how good it looks.

Our flat roof had 22+ year old felt with ponding and we decided to replace it before a problem arose. From the start, Joe was very proactive and helpful, going through the options and agreeing a suitable spec. He stripped off the old roof, added insulation, raised the joists to provide some fall to improve drainage and then installed new boards and a rubber roof with all the required trims and flashing. Joe and team did a great job and we are very happy with the work...the roof looks great!

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Communication with Joe for the very start was fantastic and we never felt out of the loop. Incredibly polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Date was arranged to do the work incredibly flexibly and when it came to the job days the team showed up friendly, on time and carried out the work with organisation and cleanliness! Numerous jobs were carried out such as chimney re pointing, installing lead flashing, chimney cowls, verge repairs. The quote for the work and the further work needed was very reasonable and at no point did we feel pressured/forced to do anything unnecessarily. Couldn’t recommend more and will definitely be using in the future if the need arises.

This is the 2nd time I have used this company. I highly recommend Joe and his team. They replaced guttering on my Mum’s home and this also involved Joe organising scaffolding. Joe is excellent at organising the work and communicating the work from start to finish. Quality of work is excellent and he is honest what needs to be done. His team very tidy too. I would not hesitate to use Joe again and his company is the best company I have used for guttering/roof work.

Really pleased with the level of service from Joe and his team. Promptly responded to our request to look at a damp problem we had in our roof void and recommended replacing the ridge tiles with a dry ridge system to improve ventilation and also other repairs. Work was carried out with no fuss and to the price quoted.
