Joe came to repair and replace a couple of damaged valleys, as well as providing a full hand-scrape clean of the roof - in preparation for solar panels we were getting fitted. Joe and his team were incredibly friendly and nice people - whilst also being very professional and respectful of the property. He was more than happy to make accommodation for the solar install work we had planned, and kept me informed and in the loop of timings throughout. Having moss removed from the roof generates a lot of mess, but Joe and his team did an excellent job of cleaning up afterwards. Thoroughly impressed

Our flat roof had 22+ year old felt with ponding and we decided to replace it before a problem arose. From the start, Joe was very proactive and helpful, going through the options and agreeing a suitable spec. He stripped off the old roof, added insulation, raised the joists to provide some fall to improve drainage and then installed new boards and a rubber roof with all the required trims and flashing. Joe and team did a great job and we are very happy with the work...the roof looks great!

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Communication with Joe for the very start was fantastic and we never felt out of the loop. Incredibly polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Date was arranged to do the work incredibly flexibly and when it came to the job days the team showed up friendly, on time and carried out the work with organisation and cleanliness! Numerous jobs were carried out such as chimney re pointing, installing lead flashing, chimney cowls, verge repairs. The quote for the work and the further work needed was very reasonable and at no point did we feel pressured/forced to do anything unnecessarily. Couldn’t recommend more and will definitely be using in the future if the need arises.

Joe gave a competitive quote and is easy to talk to. Steve and Kyle did an excellent job and cleared all rubbish. Before and after photos were sent which was great to see.

This is the 2nd time I have used this company. I highly recommend Joe and his team. They replaced guttering on my Mum’s home and this also involved Joe organising scaffolding. Joe is excellent at organising the work and communicating the work from start to finish. Quality of work is excellent and he is honest what needs to be done. His team very tidy too. I would not hesitate to use Joe again and his company is the best company I have used for guttering/roof work.

We are a care home and needed someone to fix our roof that was leaking. Joe arrived to quote for the job on time and was very professional Good Communation and follow up emails to arrange a start. Steve and Kyle arrived punctual and we were forwarded before and after photos of the work carried out. A further call was made by Joe when his team finished to ask if everything went well. Always a plus when using tradepeople. Would use again.

Really pleased with the level of service from Joe and his team. Promptly responded to our request to look at a damp problem we had in our roof void and recommended replacing the ridge tiles with a dry ridge system to improve ventilation and also other repairs. Work was carried out with no fuss and to the price quoted.

Our original builder fitted the wrong tiles to an extension so we had been experiencing leaks for some time. Joe quickly realised this and quoted for full replacement. He improved on his original start date and despite poor weather which delayed the finish by a couple of days the job was finished faster than we expected. Joe is an excellent communicator so we were constantly informed of the team’s progress. He and his team are polite, hardworking and punctual and we would not hesitate to recommend them.

Joe and his team did a great job of our roof repairs, which included new valleys, re-bedding tiles on one side of the house, and installing 'bird stop' under all tiles around the house to hopefully prevent any more nesting birds! We received excellent communication throughout from initial quote to completing the works. We were kept informed of start date and when the scaffolding would go up/ be taken down etc. Everything was left very tidy and all waste was cleared. Would happily use Joe and his team again.

Joe and his team turned up on time as promised. They carried out a full assessment of the two leaks in the roof. Within 24 hours he produced a detailed and competitive quote. Joe turned up at the agreed time and date, he took time to discuss the problem again. His team then cracked on with the job keeping me appraised throughout the repair. From the time Joe gave me his quote to actually doing the job he kept in regular contact and was very punctual in answering any questions that I had. Throughout, communication with Joe and the team was superb. They were all very professional,polite, hard working and extremely tidy. Joe did not try to sell us anything we did not need and advised me not to spend money needlessly, which was refreshingly honest of him. Joe and his team were excellent and I cannot praise them enough and certainly would not hesitate to use this company again in the future.

JLR quoted a good price for the work, communicated well - there was a delay as just before Christmas so work deferred. New date set - notification of arrival time sent. Work done quickly with good flow of information. Very pleased and have requested a further quote from them.

Fantastic company, excellent communication throughout and had our roof stripped and reconstructed within a matter of days. They were also flexible, taking on additional work on late notice. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Joe was quick with comms pre visiting to scope and quote the job. Arrived on time and provided a very competitive, comprehensive quote when he said he would. Nice also not to feel pressured unlike with some other quotes received. Prior to the job, he kept me informed with any updates. On the day, arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently. Lots of dust sheets down and made sure it was all tidy afterwards. Work was of a very high standard and it looks great - I couldn’t be more pleased. Has even offered to come back and do some extra cosmetic work on the free of charge. Would absolutely recommend.

Joe and his team were brilliant, the work we had done was a total replacement of slates, felt, battens & damaged gutter. The whole process was very smooth from the arrival of scaffolders, skip, the team starting their work to finish. Joe kept us informed all through the process so that we knew what was happening and when, and everything was done on time as planned. They were friendly but professional and considerate, always making sure we were happy, and tidied everything up it was spotless. I live in a terrace house, and they were very considerate to my neighbours too. The join from my roof to theirs look seamless, and my loft has never been tidier as Joe's team cleaned it for us after the work completed. Joe even made sure the scaffolding and skip were taken away swiftly so that I can use my drive again, he was very thoughtful always putting customers first. We are really pleased with the work, and would not hesitate to ask them to do such work again. Definitely recommend them!

When Joe first described how he could solve our valley problem, it was a method I had never come across before. The team were excellent, and solved our chimney repointing and valley replacement tasks with minimum fuss. Communication was good and was done in a friendly way.

I needed repairs to leaking valley gutters on my roof and contacted JLR Roofing solutions. The whole experience was smooth, beginning from discussing what needs to be done and receiving the quote and ending with last bit of scaffolding removed; all works were carried out on time and as we agreed. Scaffolding was put in place day before works started, and removed next day; site was left tidy after repairs were completed. Thank you Joe! (for being so flexible when we were discussing works schedule too!)

Arranged to clean all my high house gutters and garage gutters which were full of weeds growing out of blocked sections. Turned up on time, did a great job and took all the mess away with him. Good job all round.

This job was done for me by Joe who i met on-site 80 miles from my home address. He removed all the tiles and felt then cut away all the foam insulation before re felting, battening and replacing the tiles.He also redid the valleys. All along Joe kept me up to date with photos of his progress. I’m happy with the job he has done.

Joe re-roofed our pitched clay tile garage roof. This Job involved stripping the old roof, felting, re-battening, re-tiling and adding drip trays for better drainage. Joe responded to our enquiries efficiently and gave a competitive quote, a price that was accurate, so retained upon completion of the job. Joe carried out the work promptly and informed us of weather-induced timing changes in a timely manner. His work is of high quality and aesthetically in keeping with the property. Joe was great at communicating from quote to finishing the job. The guys showed up on time and did a good job replacing a leaking valley between extension and house. Would definitely use again if any other roofing jobs need doing.

Joe came and replaced a flat roof out the back he was brilliant and really courteous especially to my neighbour who can be tricky. Everything was left spotless and the roof looks great. The Roof was replaced in a couple of days and Joe checked back in to make sure all was ok. A few days later a tile slipped off our front roof - Joe was back in a day popped it back in straight away and checked on the flat roof while he was here. He waived the charge for putting the front tile back. I would definitely recommend him and on top of being great at the roof they were really nice people and easy to have around.
