Jacek and his team did a great job of renovating our kitchen and understairs storage. They were extremely efficient and carried out the work to a high standard. They were polite and reliable, and they accommodated our requests without hesitation when we changed our minds about a couple of things. Jacek was clear about the costs and there were no surprises. We are really pleased with the result and we will be asking Jacek to do more work in future. Highly recommended.

JNDecor Ltd My experience with JNDecor has been excellent. I have a small bathroom which recently had a complete refit. Jacek and his team, Michal and Malak, were great. They were polite, respectful, and they worked incredibly hard, every day from 8 am thru 6 pm. The work was finished in a week. No fuss or drama, just quiet expertise and diligence. Nothing was a problem, and that is always a relief! Jacek is a professional person who is friendly, honest, and trustworthy. His practical advice was indeed helpful to me; I really welcomed it. I would have no hesitation in recommending JNDecor Ltd to anyone who is considering a bathroom refurbishment. My bathroom, by the way, looks beautiful. I wasn’t looking forward to having it done because of the upheaval in my small house. But now that it’s over, of course it was worth it!

We have worked with Jacek and his team on several projects at our home over the past decade. Most recently when redecorating our kitchen and hallways. In the past we have worked with Jacek to redo a bathroom, tiling the kitchen floor, making wardrobes as well as interior and exterior decorating work. The quality of the work is always to a very high standard, completed in a timely manner and at a competitive price. The team is good at covering up floors and furniture and care about cleaning up before leaving every day. Jacek and his team are reliable and a pleasure to deal with.

JN Decor renovated my bathroom completely, including adding internal insulation to the two outer walls and installing a washer/dryer in a cupboard in the bathroom, freeing cupboard space in my small kitchen. The removal of hot water tanks and installation of a combination boiler was done by a plumbing and heating company recommended by Jacek who owns the company. JN Decor also levelled and painted the tread on my old Victorian stairs and installed luxury vinyl flooring throughout my living room and hallway. The work was done efficiently with only minor problems but took longer than planned as the main workman was ill for a week. The company was recommended by a friend who had been pleased with its work and I found Jacek as friendly, helpful and responsive as she said. He provided good ideas about the work I required and his workers were polite and efficient. They cleared their tools away, removed rubbish and cleaned up well at the end of each day. When any problems arose, Jacek responded quickly during the work and after completion when a few small items needed fixing. I found the most stressful part was choosing the fittings and arranging deliveries to fit in with the time of installation. Before ordering from the suppliers I needed to check whether some items were suitable and Jacek was not always able to reply as soon as I would have liked but overall I probably was unnecessarily concerned as I had had a very poor builder in the past. This time I was pleased with the work.

The team from JNDECOR were superb. They replaced both my kitchen and bathroom at the same time and did so to budget and time. Obviously the disruption in a small flat was enormous, the team worked so hard to make sure that they worked in a manner that enabled me to live with minimum disruption: all areas cleaned, floor protection put down, I was always informed as to what was happening. Jacek was always there if I had any queries and he was also there for the team when there were, inevitably, minor issues.

Needed a new floor in small bedroom. Jacek helped us source the wood and beading at a great price. He fitted it really quickly, left no mess and even removed some shelves while he was there. Great service, would not hesitate to recommend him and his company.

We required our 1960's flat to be completely renovated. Jacek installed a new bathroom and kitchen and completed plastering and painting work to a very high standard. He scheduled his work to be performed at times that dovetailed with work being done by an electrician and a heating engineer. When we were choosing fittings he gave valuable advice on what would work and would not. Thanks Jacek for a great job !

Having found Jacek on this website and seen the positive reviews - I decided to stick with waiting a little while for my bathroom refurb to be done by JNdecor. I was not disappointed - the bathroom looks fantastic and I receive compliments from everyone who uses it. The whole process was so much easier than I envisaged. There is only one bathroom with only the one toilet in it in the house and Jacek and Mihal could not have made the process any easier. They are both accommodating (especially for my loo stops during the working day) and were prepared to work with me on this topic. Other quotes I received suggested I move out whilst the refurb was happening! Not JNdecor - they wanted me here - because of the inevitable questions and decisions that need to be made on the fly. Not only were they both so great to work with - the quality of the workmanship is just fantastic. They were tidy, the work was logically executed, the old suite and general rubbish was taken away promptly - it all wrapped up in 12 days. I could not recommend JNdecor enough - the only problem with that is that it will make them more busy and I have other things I need them to do in my house!

Jacek was one of the few traders who bothered to quote for my job (total renovation of a bathroom and cloakroom). His quote was a little cheaper than the others but I was reassured by the positive reviews on here and his suggestions and questions (e.g. talking me out of more tiling than I needed). Work was estimated at 2 weeks but completed in 8 days. His team worked diligently and did their best to keep things tidy. Everything has been fitted to a great standard of care and as explained beforehand. Everyone was easy to deal with. Could not recommend more!

Jacek & his team did a fantastic job for us; just decorating 2 rooms, but they were very professional and helpful. They worked really hard and although the work was completed in double quick time, the standard is excellent. Would definitely recommend to others and will call him first when we need any more work done. I feel more relaxed about any problems arising in the house as I know I will be able to call on Jacek to sort them out!

Jacek and his team did a fantastic job for us turning our little room into a laundry and redecorating two bedrooms. They were so efficient and obliging and we absolutely love the end results. Jacek was very easy to communicate with and patient with us when there were adaptations or additions to the process. Would highly recommend.

Jacek (and his team) refurbished my elderly mother's new flat before she moved in: a time pressured and high stress time for the family. Jacek and his team replaced my bathroom and painted my sitting room. I could have done that second task myself but I wore out my left elbow in lockdown by painting everything else in my flat. I needed some recovery time! I'm so happy with his work; he'll be coming back to do my kitchen. I must remember to tell him that. He was faster than he said he'd be and very neat and tidy. Tiling all straight. and all the plumbing works. Surfaces made good and painted. All my fingers-crossed internet ordered plumbing supplies were fitted, with no random grumbling and sighing. Lovely team. Piotr and Robert. I am a woman and competent basic DIY'er who gets a bit annoyed with tradesmen who are surprised that I can identify the rungs on a step ladder, let alone stand on them. He made a good impression when quoting. I am not an idiot and he didn't talk to me as if I was, or look past my shoulder for a man to talk to. I had landed up with a covid conspiracy theorist as a plumber last year (NOT a Which? Trusted trader) so I was keen to select someone this time who was expert (the conspiracist's shower installation needed to be fixed....) and personable, whose presence would be welcome in my flat rather than simply endured, even when chiselling the tiles off the walls and cutting the bath in half. He is well reviewed in other places and I can see why. I'm doing the same! I must get a wriggle on and book him for my kitchen before you lot book him up for your projects.

We have used JN Decor for a wide range of jobs. On this occasion they painted the outside of the house and undertook some bathroom improvement. The quote was accurate and fair for the job. The team started and finished on time and were very efficient throughout. There was never a mess at the end of each day. There was good communication from Jacek about the progress of the work and any decisions we needed to take. The bottom line is that it clearly matters to them that they do a good job for you.

Jacek replaced a bathroom and did some general jobs for me, while I had a tenant in the property. He was able to ensure that the work space was clean and the facilities were available at the end of every day. On top of that, he did an excellent job, ringing me when decisions needed to be made and making sure that I was aware of progress. No budget surprises! And done on time.

I have used Jacek recently for decorating several internal rooms, having used him previously for painting the outside of the house. Jacek and Kris did a very high quality job. They are meticulously clean and tidy, and extremely thorough. Also proactive in making useful suggestions. I have no hesitation in recommending Jacek, and would happily hire him again.

Jacek and colleagues carried out an extensive series of modifications to our flat in January 2021. The price quoted was reasonable, and the work was carried out in a timely and organised fashion that suited our difficult schedule. Jacek is clearly highly intelligent and is an excellent tradesman. He carried out repairs to our bathroom to an excellent standard, including last minute modifications that he was able to accommodate at our behest. He is professional, polite and friendly. He refitted our bathroom with a new suite, re-tiled and painted the room. The work done was of high quality. He fitted new laminate flooring throughout our apartment. He was able to accommodate delivery of goods to the premises and his work schedule was flexible to suit our preferred timescale.
