We hired JNJ Building Services Ltd for a complicated step-down foundation extension and a full renovation of our home. The project was completed on time and within our agreed budget; they even managed to get us back in before Christmas, which was amazing! Their technical ability and quality of workmanship were outstanding throughout. The team worked efficiently, maintained excellent communication, and kept the exterior areas exceptionally clean and tidy. They were also fantastic with our neighbours, which made the whole process stress-free. We’re super impressed and couldn’t recommend JNJ Building Services Ltd more highly, truly a five-star service from start to finish.

This is now our third project with the wonderful team at JNJ Building Services Ltd. This time, they renovated our bathroom, and once again, the service, communication, and attention to detail were fantastic. The finish looks incredible, and we’re absolutely delighted with our new bathroom. The project ran a little over schedule, but JNJ kept us fully updated throughout, and we’re still super happy with the final outcome. When an issue arose with the supplier’s shower tray after tiling, JNJ worked hard to fit the extra work in around their other projects and resolved it professionally. It’s always a pleasure working with the JNJ team. They’re professional, reliable, and consistently deliver excellent quality. We wouldn’t use anyone else!

I helped my mum with a new ground-floor kitchen renovation and bathroom project. We first noticed JNJ Building Services Ltd from their hoarding and family advertising near us, and from the very first meeting, they were fantastic, professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. We hired them on the spot. The workmanship was stunning, with excellent quality and great attention to detail. The kitchen looks amazing, and my mum is absolutely over the moon. Jamie and his company did extensive building work to our home, knocking down walls and installing RSJs in order to create a new spacious downstairs kitchen-diner with new fitted units, downstairs loo and bi-fold doors. Jamie and Nigel were great in both the design and build, creating a clean modern solution at the back of the house. The work was done to time and to the original estimate. Most importantly the team were friendly and trustworthy. Highly recommended.

We had an absolute disaster with many previous builders, where the project had become a complete catastrophe, and we’d lost all hope. Then one day, we walked past one of JNJ Building Services Ltd’s sites and saw their family-branded hoarding. We decided to reach out, and it was the best decision we ever made. From the first meeting, Jamie and the JNJ team were incredibly professional. They clearly explained the Health & Safety requirements, the WHICH? Trusted Trader standards, and the step-by-step process they follow. We immediately felt in safe hands and a team that worked well together. For the first time in a long time my wife and I, felt hope. A structural engineer was brought in to assess the previous work, and we discovered 15 structural errors from previous cowboys. JNJ took full control, resolved every issue, and restored our confidence in the project. They handled difficult situations, including very unhappy neighbours who had endured, with patience and professionalism throughout. The quality of the finished home is exceptional. They turned a nightmare into a success story, and we are genuinely grateful. We cannot recommend JNJ Building Services Ltd highly enough, they truly saved our home.

A full and complicated project carried out by JNJ Building Services Ltd, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. The works were extensive and completed in several phases, involving road closures, hand digging, water connections, a full rewire and new plumbing throughout, plus a large amount of complex structural work. Despite the challenges, the JNJ team managed everything with professionalism, great communication, and excellent coordination between trades. The project stayed on schedule and within budget, and any unexpected issues were dealt with quickly and efficiently. The attention to detail, site organisation, and overall finish are exceptional. We now have an incredible home, and we can’t thank Jamie and the JNJ team enough for their hard work, expertise, and support from start to finish. Highly recommended!

We had our loft converted by JNJ Building Services Ltd at our home in Kew, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. The project involved significant structural work, but Jamie and his team approached it with impressive professionalism, skill, and care. Communication was consistent and clear throughout, timelines were honoured, and the quality of workmanship was exceptional. The team was always punctual, respectful of our home, and left the site tidy each day — something we appreciated. What stood out was the aftercare. Even long after the project was completed, Jamie was quick to respond and happy to come back to handle any small repairs or touch-ups without hesitation. I booked JNJ to knock down an internal wall to open up my kitchen and dining room into one space. They also had to move some electrics and plumbing, lay a new floor, create a new doorway and do some plasterwork. The schedule and budget were revised downwards in week 1 when we realized it wasn't a supporting wall. After that, the work was carried out to the new timescale and budget. JNJ stood out because they brought in a structural engineer to assess the project before I agreed to go ahead. This gave me a lot of confidence that they were taking it seriously. They also seemed very knowledgeable and professional. They took time to explain everything and had all the right accreditations. All the different tradesmen who came on site were friendly, polite and worked to a high standard. The only thing that could have been better was a slight lack of communication towards the end of the project about when it would be completely finished, but that was resolved with no problems.

After considering many building contractors we decided to employ JNJ building services due to their reputation in the West London area. However, their appointment was also decided due to the accreditation's they have been given from various professional bodies and previous high-quality work they have completed in the area. JNJ Building services from initiation to completion always maintained a very high standard, they were punctual, adhered to H&S compliance (full 5 point PPE) at all times and always gave an excellent appearance (well dressed, clean and no tracksuits) and always left the site tidy and safe, their housekeeping was excellent. Plus, they educated our children with the dangers of construction. What was also impressive was their honesty from start to finish; they always communicated their progress via reports (these can be provided if needed) and daily site meetings, usually at the end of the day. Also, critically they were always very honest if problems had been encountered during the build, they were always quickly rectified. Very importantly they achieved the estimated cost, the quality was 10 / 10 and they completed exactly within their time frame. I can say with absolute certainty I would recommend JNJ Building Services to anyone that is looking to carryout building work in the London / South East region as their complete package was excellent and we are 100% happy with the single story extension that they completed.

JNJ Building provided me with an excellent service, throughout the duration of the refurbishment of my kitchen and bathroom. They provided a professional and well experienced team, who completed the project to a high standard and made sure that all pre-existing building work was removed and re-fitted correctly. They provided me with lots of updates and reassurance throughout the project, which provided me with a lot of comfort in knowing that my home was in safe hands.
