From our first contact with Armour until the completion of the job we have had a great experience. The work was surveyed, impartial advice on door choices given and a very competitive quote provided. At no time did we feel obligated to accept the quote or pressurised into making a decision. The team replaced three external doors and an internal door and created a new, enclosed porch. The major work was carried out in two days with the minimum of disruption or mess. The team were polite and ensured we were satisfied with the job and kept up to date with progress. The doors are fitted perfectly and there is no damage to any plasterwork surrounding the frames. A first class job and we would use Armour again for any other home improvements and have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Armour home improvements fitted three new doors on two properties for me and I must say it's been a long time since I've experienced that kind of service from a tradesperson(s). From the pleasantness of the salesperson who did the initial quote through to the assistant managers visit double double checking measurements and giving advice, to the engineer who did the job. This made it such an easy process. The engineers attention to detail was astounding.

I originally selected Armour Home Improvements to provide a quote to replace all my windows and doors as they were a 'Which' recommended business. John and his son came out promptly to assess the work and submitted a very competitive quote which I was more than happy to accept. There were some delays due to supply difficulties brought about by lockdown but John kept me fully apprised until my full order was delivered. His team turned up on the agreed fitting date and completed the work over a few days. I have deliberately held back on submitting a review to see how they would deal with any potential snagging issues. We required a couple of minor adjustments and Armour have returned to address these. The quality of their products and workmanship has been excellent so I can wholly recommend them to anyone looking to replace their windows and doors.

We had new windows and roofline fitted. The whole team were great, offered advice and assistance when requested. John and Paul were very patient with us as we went through each room, to ensure what we requested would meet with our requirements. The work was completed as scheduled. There was a few snagging issues which were attended to promptly with no fuss. John made such an effort to ensure we were totally satisfied with their work. Overall we were delighted and would not hesitate to use this company again or recommend them to others.

We won a door through a Facebook competition. John phoned and arranged to come and have a chat through our options with us. He was very friendly and helpful during this visit. His team arrived soon after to fit the chosen door. They were friendly, professional and very neat and tidy! The job entailed remedying a leakage of water from our conservatory roof. It was a somewhat awkward job, partly because the access was limited. John carefully considered the options and discussed them with us. We are confident he arrived at the best and most cost-effective solution. Everything was done professionally and we were kept well informed throughout the process. John and his team were very efficient and courteous and the job was completed successfully. We are happy to recommend this firm and have indeed just engaged them to do an entirely different job on a retaining wall.

John and his team replaced all our double glazing, along with doors, garage door and rainwater goods. They also formed two brand new windows in our gable wall. John was great to work with from start to finish. He was informative about our options, helpful with the processes involved, quoted a very competitive price and stuck to budget. John came to quote for a new front door and how to stop the gaps around the windows. There was no pressure selling and he was very receptive to my budget level. I hired Armour Home Improvements to carry out work in my garden, which involved constructing and rendering a brick wall, erecting a cedar fence and building a decking platform. It was the first time I had planned a project of this size, and from the earliest discussions to the end of the work I found John very helpful in providing advice on how to achieve the end result I wanted and very knowledgable about materials. His quote for the job was also very reasonable. His team of workers were efficient and hard working, and they were happy to discuss any aspect of the work as it progressed. John also hired in other tradesmen to build the wall and to render it once complete, and the quality of the work carried out by everyone involved in the project was evident from day one. My wife and I are thrilled with the end result, and we feel very fortunate to have found Armour Home Improvements to carry out the work for us. We really were thoroughly satisfied on every level, and we would not hesitate to recommend Armour to anyone considering home improvements. We will certainly return to them in future when we require further work on our own home.

Got a new firestone garage roof installed to a high standard and with no problems at all. The job was completed in one day and with no mess left. Will definitely use Armour home improvements again!

Excellent communication, fitted earlier than planned with our permission. Very clean, efficient and helpful staff, did the job quickly with no fuss.
