Our loft conversion has recently completed and we are extremely satisfied with the end result. The entire experience right from the first meeting with Jon has been great. The process was very smooth and the specifications were clearly defined and explained in detail meaning we were able to get exactly what we required from the build. The work was completed to a very high standard with all the various trades taking great pride in their craft. The entire team were great, however Dave and Jack in particular were a pleasure to have in our home throughout the project. They treated our home with respect and took great care in cleaning up each day while keeping us informed of progress at each stage throughout the build. They went above and beyond (even helping to take deliveries that weren’t part of the project!) and we recommend them to anyone. The overall price was good value and there were no hidden surprises along the way. Overall, it was a great experience and we are very happy with our new loft space!

He was one of three firms chosen to quote, he demonstrated a more professional approach and optimistic mentality. Jon's entire team deserves praise, whilst they might be young, they are hardworking, polite, and decent craftsmen. All communication was handled through an app, very easy to use. We’ve recently finished a loft conversion using Jon Pritchard and couldn’t be happier with the end results. We had Joe and John as our main team who were excellent, very nice to have working in the home, nothing was too much trouble for them and their rate of work was astonishing. The other Jon Pritchard employees we had were all great too and like Joe and John, their workmanship was always to a high standard. Having the app ‘co-construct’ to communicate was very useful and we loved seeing the photo updates as the build progressed. We employed Jon Pritchard Ltd for a rear dormer conversion on Jan 2023. We couldn’t be happier with the result. A family member who works in the sector commented positively on the quality of the work at all stages. A local roofer was very impressed by the work of JP Ltd’s roofers. The plastering work was impeccable. The scaffolders were very careful. They focus strongly on effective and clear communication with the customer, both in person but also through Coconstruct. The team were responsive, respectful, discrete and very pleasant. Took a lot of stress out of the works! They finished the works in just two months (luckily, it didn’t rain while they were still building the roof). They’d vacuum and rub the corridor and stairs with wet wipes at the end of each day. At the end of the project, they also cleared our bathroom roof and gutters off debris and stones and cleaned the exterior areas at the front and back of the house. Despite the unavoidable noise and dust, it was a pleasure to have them around. Accountability is taken seriously by the company. They forgot to provide us with an emergency number, which we desperately needed when all the newly installed smoke alarms went off on a Friday night at 1AM. We wrote a complaint email to Jon, to which he responded promptly and took full responsibility about the incident and gave us his personal number. They’re a few thousand more expensive than the average company, but it certainly pays off. Highly recommended. Thanks very much!

It was been a pleasure to work with Jon Pritchard from start to finish. Firstly they really listened to what we wanted and the loft was designed on our terms. Other companies had their template they wanted to stick to but we’ve ended up with a bespoke loft conversion that has totally transformed our house. Price wise they were middle of the road, we did get caught up in the drastically high increase in materials which stretched our budget but overall we feel it’s been very good value. Each of the team was fantastic, they totally took the stress out of our build. We have 3 young children and everyone was kind and considerate throughout. We used Jon Pritchard for a loft-extension (with dormer) for our end of terrace Victorian property. The process was extremely smooth from end to end, with a clear specification of work and discussions ahead of work commencing to specify exactly what we wanted. The work was carried out extremely efficiently, and within the timeframe estimated at the outset. The whole team was courteous and polite, and very happy to accommodate changes or make suggestions as to different options as work progressed. We were also extremely impressed by the team’s willingness to be flexible in relation to when different steps happened, stairs fitted, plastering etc. to work around our schedules (in particular, the arrival of our newborn mid-project!) Our neighbours have all commented on how polite members of the team were, and that their properties were left tidy following works being completed. We are delighted with our loft conversion, which is exactly what we envisaged. An extremely professional outfit - would recommend without hesitation.

We first met with Jon at the end of last year to talk about our project. After the first meeting it quickly came apparent why Jon's company came highly recommended and we were more than happy to go ahead with the work. We had a slightly unusual build in that we had originally engaged with another company who went out of business leaving us with a barely started project. Because of this, our process with Jon's team was slightly truncated (the design phase wasn't required) but it's clear from the excellent documentation provided that this would have been as smooth as the rest of the process. From the start of the build to the end we were kept up to date with progress and the next phases in the plan. The team that Jon uses are truly excellent - all highly professional with a focus on a high quality result that met our needs exactly. They would turn up bang on time in the morning, work hard all day and then clean up before leaving in the evening. We genuinely couldn't have asked for any more. Overall we are absolutely delighted with the space we've got and the process that got us there. We can thoroughly recommend Jon Pritchard.

We are so happy with our loft conversion. The whole process was so slick and the team kept us informed and answered our queries immediately throughout. John and Joe our builders were absolutely fantastic. It’s a big deal having people in the house a lot when you have a new baby, but they were so considerate, reliable and pleasant to have around. We recently used Jon Pritchard to convert our loft into a new bedroom with En-Suite. James & Dec turned up on time everyday and worked very hard during these challenging times to produce an excellent result. Nothing was too much trouble and they came back with no fuss if there was anything i wanted to discuss throughout the build. I must also give a mention to Zach who was also excellent and helped the boys get to the finish line.

We shortlisted Jon Pritchard Lofts (JPL) after talking to neighbours about the various companies in the Bristol area who do loft conversions. They produced a competitive price based on our requirements and said that they could start in October and that the project would take 8 weeks to complete, which we accepted. In spite of Covid, JPL started at the end of October and were complete by Christmas without any unexpected cost increases or extensions of time. Marcus, Billy and the rest of the JPL team were hardworking, courteous and kept us up to speed with progress by putting progress photos on the project website as we could not enter the loft. Their processes are well thought out and they have a good supply chain with whom they have negotiated discounts and quick product availability. We had one moment of panic when the dormer roof was being built and we had a mini-tornado at 9pm which dislodged the temporary tarpaulin which was protecting the half-built roof. When we saw a damp patch on the ceiling we knew it was time to call Jon before it got worse. To their credit Jon and a couple of members of his team were here within 20 minutes and they spent a couple of hours on the roof in a gale and driving rain reinstating the protection. We have no hesitation in recommending JPL to others.

Overall very good work and service from Jon Pritchard ltd. Particular compliments to Harry and Jack who were very hard working, respectful, great at communicating with us and very tidy. We were very impressed. The wider team were also generally great to work with, although some of the other members of the team did not communicate or tidy up to the same high standard as Harry and Jack, but maybe those who pop in less often are super busy with other jobs on. All the work completed has been to a high standard and we have had no issues now we have been using the loft for a few weeks.

Jon Pritchard had been highly recommended to us for our loft conversion and we weren't disappointed. Dave and Paddy were brilliant builders and they kept us informed every step of the way. Nothing seemed too much and Zach was full of great ideas for making the most of the space. Every tradesman that came into our house was friendly and professional, as a family with really young children this made a big difference. We are delighted with the finished product.

Start to finish, our experience with using Jon Pritchard for our loft conversion project was flawless! From the initial quote, through to structural surveys and most importantly the build, everything was executed really professionally and to a high standard of quality. Hats off to Jon Pritchard and his team for seeing our project through to completion during a pandemic lockdown. As soon the scaffolding was up and they started bringing in the materials, they were forced to stop and consider how to proceed. Luckily for us, Jon decided it was safe to go ahead and his team took measures to protect everyone involved. It was chaotic at times, but all bumps were immediately and carefully sorted out with the result that we have a huge extra bedroom and ensuite shower room with fantastic views over Bristol. We found the online app very easy to use and a great place to keep tabs on all the conversations about choices, costs and plans. No major project like this will be without problems but Jon Pritchard's team were always quick to try and resolve issues. We would highly recommend them - even during a pandemic.

Zach team have completed replacing one small Velux with two larger Velux windows including replastering the ceiling to a fantastic standard. The customer service was excellent, beginning with visiting to discuss the job through to a visit after the job had been completed. We were informed, consulted and reassured throughout the process with a friendly and professional manner from all member of the team. We felt supported and in communication with Zach during the job so that we were clear with what to expect at each stage and how long it would take. Zach was evidently experienced and everything happened as he said it would. We would highly recommend Jon Pritchard to anyone considering a loft conversion or roof window refit.

Great from start to finish! At first they gave a really clear, fixed price quote, with helpful advice on layout and features. They had a lot of work on, so there was a wait to start - but it was well worth it. They arranged the architect and plans and we’re really pleased with the layout/design. Started on time and worked every day, rain or shine. The whole team were great - but worth mentioning that Sam and Jamie were always polite and really hard working throughout. We were expecting dust/mess during the build, but the team were so clean - I’ve never known any other workers who hoover and wipe down so often! Using the CoConstruct app was easy to keep in touch - and they would answer questions rapidly, without fail. Sorting any minor problems/changes along the way with no fuss. We had a loft conversion (L-shaped) done with Jon Pritchard in late 2019 and we are extremely happy with the work that was done. At every stage, we were in frequent contact via the app and never had any shocks or surprises. Marcus, the project manager, was excellent, respectful, and went above and beyond to get things done. We got daily updates from him and if we ever had a query, it would be answered very promptly. One of the reasons we went with Jon Pritchard was the ease of app and ability to communicate on it, and there was a competent team of people always able to answer questions. The post-build stage consisted of a number of well-recommended people, from building cabinets and shelves to carpeting and painting and it's worth mentioning that while some of this wasn't part of the core building works, that Jon Pritchard was extremely helpful in their recommendations. I highly recommend using Jon Prichard for any loft conversion being considered. Having had loft conversions before, the service provided by Jon Prichard is exceptional and if we were to do another, we would not hesitate to use Jon again. From the design stage to the fitting of carpets, all of the team were extremely professional and the communication throughout was very clear so we always knew what was happening and when. The use of an app allows very prompt and effective communication which was very useful as we both work and were not in the house whilst work was continuing. Any questions or queries we had were immediately responded to. Pictures were sent throughout so that we could see what had been done and to what standard. The quality of the finish is of a very high standard and all of the team took great pride in achieving the finish they wanted. With the wealth of experience that exists in the company, we were given lots of advice and ideas that we had not considered which has led to a loft conversion that makes the most of the space that we had. Communication from pre to post build has been impressive through the use of a client portal which meant that we and every one in Jon Pritchard could see and understand what was happening and when at all times. Very clear change control meant that there were no "surprises" when it came to invoicing and final costs. The on site Team was led by Vince who was outstanding, meticulous in delivering our requirements and scheduling his colleagues for the relevant elements / trades of the build; every one of the Team was a pleasure to have in our home, always on time, polite, tidied after themselves and if any query (or change needed!) always made themselves available on site at convenient times to discuss and agree the next actions. We are very happy with the end result, we now have a beautiful loft room which really has exceeded our expectations. Throughout the process of working with Jon and everyone involved in my loft, I knew what was going to happen, when and why. I got what I wanted from the design stage and throughout the project. I felt part of the team, as I was listened to and if there was anything I didn't understand about the construction or fit out stages it was explained in very helpful plain English and in a very respectful way. The core two builders who were at my house from start to finish of the project were really considerate and I was extremely happy to have them in my house from 8am to 4pm every week day for several weeks. If I had any concerns about any aspect of the project, the very helpful project manager for my loft responded quickly. This gave me the confidence not to worry and to relax into the project, and I actually found the process enjoyable even though it was a big project with many decisions to be made along the way. Using the project ap with all the specifications and decisions about my loft project also made a big difference. It was a personal service, even though the company is working at many sites across Bristol. I now have a stunning loft studio, incorporating a kitchenette and bi-fold doors, with a large separate bathroom.

We are so pleased with our recent loft conversion by Jon Pritchard. The ‘can do’ attitude has been brilliant. Equally important to us has been the working atmosphere and also the mess/disruption in the house. With a young family often at home it has been hugely significant to us that the boys have been so pleasant and considerate throughout. (We also really appreciated the care taken to minimise mess and dust, especially in the hallway with daily hovering and refreshing of stair plastics!) We’re so grateful to Anton, Dom and Zach in particular, who we have seen the most, and Ashton more recently, who have all been brilliantly considerate and are probably the main reason why we will happily recommend JP to the friends and acquaintances who will no doubt ask us over the next few years! Our experience with Jon Pritchard has been nothing but positive, from the initial design stage, right through to the eventual completion of our loft extension. Having the same youthful and continually cheery construction team on site made a world of difference to the whole process. From the quotation process to the end of build, everyone at Jon Pritchard has surpassed our expectations. The project manager, lead builder, apprentices and sub contractors were exceptional. Everyone works hard, cleans up at the end of every day, talks through ideas and innovations, is polite and humble. This company is cleaning up in Bristol, but there isn't a hint of arrogance and they are very clearly putting their clients above everything. You will see from their quotation process compared to others that they have applied a little more science to what they do. With any of the minor issues post-build (loosening taps etc) they were there the next day to rectify at no cost. Can't see how anything they did could be improved.

Jon Pritchard carried out our loft conversion at the end of last year (2018) and we have been absolutely delighted with every aspect of the build, the process, and the final result. We were really impressed with Jon as soon as we first met him, such a lovely guy, and this character was reflected in all of the people who work for him. Every element of the process was very professional and Jon and his team were really helpful in guiding us through the various options in terms of the design and the many decisions to be made along the way. Communication was excellent throughout, and everything proceeded smoothly and on time. The team on site were fantastic - Rhys and Connor were excellent at their job but also really nice guys to have around which makes a big difference when work is ongoing for the two months it takes for a loft conversion. All of the other people, like Ashton and Mani, who came to work on various other aspects such as the electrics and plumbing were similarly really good guys, very professional and both friendly and efficient. The icing on the cake was the decorators they recommended (Ted Farrant and his assistant Chris) who did an amazing job and were great to have around. We cannot recommend Jon Pritchard highly enough.

Jon Pritchard's team carried out a loft conversion for us in June/July 2018. Throughout the process every member of the team we dealt with were responsive and very professional. The guys on the build (Lemar and Dom) give you the feeling of being a valued customer just as much as the team in the office. All changes and additions to the build were clearly communicated and variations in price agreed through the app that's used to project manage the whole thing (very different to the experience neighbours were having with their builders at the same time). We moved in to our loft room a few weeks ago and it really has exceeded our expectations. It is light, airy and one of the coolest rooms in the house even during the recent hot weather. The build process was relatively smooth and the team were onsite everyday. We were really impressed by the quality of the build and the overall finish. We have just finished a loft conversion on our 1930's detached house in BS9. It was a large job, involving three dormers, huge structural beams and a complex roof structure. The process from beginning to end was faultless and we received excellent service throughout. The quality of the end result is fabulous, but equally importantly the journey to get there has been as stress-free as major building work can be. We were away for three weeks during the build, but felt comfortable trusting the lads to get on with the work and look after our house, which they did, and we received updates and photos throughout via the "Co-Construct" software used to manage the project. The guys on site were always polite, helpful, tidy and paid attention to detail. The most significant thing that we found during the work was their flexibility to accommodate changes: where we made major changes (e.g. adding a new Velux window or asking for new lights), the team came back with a fair price and the change was quickly agreed via Co-Construct, but more importantly we made numerous minor changes to the design (e.g. moving stud work slightly or re-positioning / re-sizing things like doors, windows, shower tray, etc.) where we talked through the options and then they just got on with it without any quibbles, sometimes requiring re-work at no additional cost. Jon Pritchard Ltd has an excellent local reputation that will only be enhanced further by word of mouth from us.

We live in a Victorian terrace in Bristol in an area where loft conversions are very popular. Even at the quote stage, I was very impressed with Jon Pritchards professionalism. We were appointed an operations manager, Adrian, who came, with Jon, to a prestart meeting. He was then my point of contact and came regularly to check in on the work. We had the same builders on site every day at 8am on the dot! They were polite, hard-working, and very tidy! As work progressed, the different trades were organised by Adrian and I was kept up to date throughout. Each tradesperson was up to the Jon Pritchard standard. We used their suggested bathroom specialist, Paul Whittaker, who was also extremely helpful. He even met us at the tile showroom to discuss tiles to suit our bathroom. He liased directly with Jon Pritchard with regards to sizes, delivery etc. so I didn't have to organise anything. Any glitches along the way and since (not that there have been many) have been dealt with immediately. We are now settled in our fantastic new loft room which is far beyond our expectations. We are so glad we used Jon Pritchard and would thoroughly recommend them.

We shopped around to find a specialist Loft Conversion Company and Jon Pritchard came highly recommended. We were not disappointed by their professional approach and excellent workmanship. Jon Pritchard himself gave us a competitive quote which we accepted. We needed to wait awhile for the building work to start due to this company's popularity but it was worth holding on. Their in house Architect provided helpful drawings which we were able to tweak several times until we were happy. The 3 main carpenters (headed by Adam Noble - Project Manager) were very helpful and friendly with excellent workmanship, timekeeping and reliability. Adam brought "in house" tradesmen when needed to complete electrical and plumbing works without a day wasted. Occasionally they needed to add in a Saturday morning to keep pace with the build but this was fine. Extra shelves, fitted wardrobes and cupboards were added at a reasonable extra cost. The final result was completed on time after 8 weeks as planned and we are very happy with the result. We would highly recommend Jon Pritchard and his skilled team for your future loft conversion.

I would highly recommend Jon Pritchard from every angle. We love our new loft and the process was very smooth and stress free. The guys were incredibly friendly, responsive to our demands and very hard working. I also feel that we got very good value for money.

We have just had a loft completed with Jon Pritchard and are delighted with the work done. From design to finish everyone we dealt with were incredibly professional. There were a few unavoidable hiccups along the way and the team went out of their way to resolve these at no expense to us. Finally the team we had at the house were probably the politest and least intrusive we've ever had. They were very respectful of noise levels as we had small children at home who slept in the day, thank you.

We recently had Jon Pritchard around to convert our loft into a bedroom with en-suite. From the initial planning stage to the completion of the work Jon's team of Zach, Corey and Lewis were on hand to make sure the work ran smoothly. The work proceeded swiftly and at the end of each day they tidied up after themselves. As the work progressed, more trades came on site as required and they were all helpful, cheery and professional. Corey and Lewis were on site for most of the project, as lead carpenters and were extremely efficient, knowledgeable, conscientious and polite. Any small snags were swiftly rectified by Adrian or Zach. In fact the project was completed a week ahead of schedule due to how well it was planned. We would highly recommend them to anyone else who is thinking of having a conversion carried out. In fact we have already done so.

We really felt that they took our project as seriously as we did and gave help and guidance as well as checked that we were happy with the build on a day by day basis. Before the build the advice on design options within permitted development, party wall permissions, and the guidance and support we received through planning (certificate of lawfulness only) was invaluable. It was always going to be a bit of a challenge living amidst such a big project but the necessary disruption was minimal. Also, thankful for the consideration given each day to preventing two very nosy and opportunistic cats from taking advantage! We were very happy to have Schem as our project manager for his very practical guidance through the build, for his questions about how we would be using the rooms and clever suggestions. We appreciated the opportunities to talk about the detail; layout of rooms, electrical installations, the height of the shower etc., as we went along. He's also a thoroughly decent bloke. Schem and his team were, without exception, hardworking, flexible and engaging. The quality of their work, attention to detail and the finish shows through in the rooms. The bathroom is probably the highlight for us, practical and beautifully fitted, the underfloor heating a revelation. We have been very pleased with the work undertaken and the customer service from the office, which went beyond office hours. We very much feel we chose well in appointing Jon Pritchard.

Jon Pritchard has recently finished work on a loft conversion of my property in Bristol and they are extremely highly recommended. I spent quite a bit of time looking at, and talking to, various contractors at the outset of my loft conversion and, to be honest, selecting Jon Pritchard over the others was an easy decision. Right from the very beginning Jon and his team were excellent in answering my questions, always being highly professional, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I am glad to say this experience extended throughout the works and Jon, Nick, Adrian and Ross (our lead carpenter) were fantastic throughout the whole experience. Each trade I spoke to - whether electrician, plumber or plasterer - employed by Jon were excellent in the quality of their work, their flexibility, friendliness, professional attitude and effort. There were a number of challenges which presented themselves during the build (not due to Jon Pritchard) and Jon and his team always did the utmost to ensure the best solution was achieved. I work in the construction sector myself and I only wish my contractors were as easy to work with as Jon and his team. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending them to anyone.

Jon and his on-site team (run by Zach) were absolutely excellent. It is great to find a team who know exactly what they are doing and who have confidence in their service and work product (well deserved). We would not hesitate to recommend them or to use them again. They anticipated any issues, managed our expectations and concerns well and held our hands through the whole process. If we had any concerns, they were addressed and resolved immediately. Zach and his team could not have been more accommodating. They completed the job on time and on budget and the quality of the workmanship was excellent. We are really pleased and have already recommended them to 2-3 friends about to undertake the same process.

Like others who have left reviews I am extremely pleased with the end product of the work Jon Pritchard Ltd carried out. Their quote was not the cheapest but this Which? accreditation and good feedback from people who had used them convinced us to go with them. Their staff were all fantastic: professional, friendly and competent. Our project manager Elliot was easy to work with and his team worked very well. My only gripe is with regard to scheduling, the job ended up taking 13 weeks instead of 8. This was certainly not a deal breaker though. We have the loft we were after and the quality of the work appears very good. We have just had a new wood burner fitted and when the chap came down from the roof he told us the lead work on the roof was the best he had ever seen. So well done to Dave the lead guy for that! In summary I would certainly recommend Jon Pritchard Ltd to anyone considering a loft conversion and probably for any other building work they would be prepared to take on.

I recently had a complicated roof extension carried out above my Nursery and I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I am so pleased I chose them. They are so professional and work to a very high standard and once there they stay and o it as quickly as possible. They were 100% reliable and the men, without exception were all friendly and polite and nothing was too much trouble for the.Jon Pritchard himself is such a nice guy, decent and fair and his men are too, it must rub off on them having him at the helm because I didn't experience one person have any attitude or be anything less than polite and respectful during the whole 4 month process.It was a tricky build and when ever anything needed to be changed or tweaked, it was never a problem. Their men are first class and the work is of a very high standard. I will use them at my own home next and I wouldn't use anyone else now.

Our loft conversion with ensuite has recently been completed (April 2016) on our late Victorian end of terrace, and we couldn't be happier. Although Jon's quote was not the cheapest from the five quotes we received; his was also not the most expensive. We chose Jon Pritchard Ltd. because we felt re-assured by Jon's professionalism and knowledge and just a gut feeling that he wouldn't let us down...and he hasn't! Everything has run very smoothly. The team working on our conversion (led by Schem) have been fantastic: hardworking, skillful and courteous. We have been kept informed throughout and the dust and the dirt and general upheaval, which we were anticipating, have been kept to a minimum. In fact for the first 4 weeks of the conversion, apart from the banging, our daily lives were not affected at all. The job was completed on time (8 weeks) and any snags were remedied swiftly and without a quibble. If only we could have them back to do our general building work!

We had the loft of our end of terrace house converted to a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom in the Summer of 2015. We gathered a number of quotes from local companies, but Jon Pritchard Ltd immediately stood out. Jon himself is personable, professional, and always happy to draw on his many years of experience in converting lofts to offer advice. Jon’s quote for the work was very competitive, and was very flexible when we decided to make small amendments to our requirements. Jon and his Chief Architect were instrumental in helping us with our Party Wall Agreement with our neighbour, taking the time to explain the work to be completed and reassuring our neighbours that there would be minimal impact on them. The build itself was completed within the time frames Jon had provided. The quality of the workmanship was very impressive, Jon employs separate carpenters, plumbers, electricians, tilers, plasterers, etc to ensure that each aspect of the build is completed by skilled professionals. The team on our conversion (particularly the lead carpenter, Josh), were courteous, hardworking, and clearly took great pride in their work. Our house was left tidy every evening, with the team taking great care to complete the project with minimum disruption. The finish on the loft conversion is fantastic, any snags we found towards the completion of the loft were instantly rectified, and we couldn’t be happier with the end result. We have no hesitation in recommending Jon and his team.

I wanted to share thoughts and some comments now the loft work is completed, which from the outset, I will say the whole family are delighted with. From your initial visit, through to completion, we have all found the company staff a delight to be around. They have all been very aware they are working in a house with small children and been courteous throughout, to the point where the kids are sad to see them leave! I was particular taken back when Paul suggested we leave a time capsule or a book, hidden for future generations to discover, which the kids loved. It will be nice not to have the 08.00 workman’s ‘alarm clock’ coming through the door as I can’t remember a day when the guys were late. I will admit, from comments of friends locally who suggested 8-10 weeks in total and completed on budget was a pipe dream, I was not too confident, but this is exactly what happened and I cannot commend the staff for their time and effort in making sure this was the reality. Pav deserves specific mention, as he was nearly always first in and last out as well as numerous Saturdays and I have no doubt the guys wold still be in the house without his hard work! With regards to the project management, it was great to know Schem was on the end of a telephone for any on-site issues and importantly, he would actually answer it when called. As with any build, we made minor tweaks and changes to the original plan, but these were never an obstacle or a problem and were dealt with immediately. Additionally, from the office perspective, I never seemed to wait longer than 5 minutes for a reply from Kelly, who has been excellent throughout. Thanks to all the team who have helped create the most amazing space, I would recommend the company without hesitation (and indeed already have) in the future and we look forward to using the ‘3rd floor’ for many years to come.

Attention to detail was high and John had many local contacts that we trusted and that had been happy with his work. We selected Jon Pritchard Limited (JPL) from a choice of 3 companies that we had initially identified. They were in the middle on price compared to the other two. Their professionalism, together with the quality of the work in a couple of loft conversions that they had recently completed, convinced us that they were the right choice. Throughout the project, we were updated daily on the progress of the build. The JPL team worked really hard and were on site most week-ends to ensure they would meet the deadline that they had set themselves. Every little niggle that we had were dealt with promptly and without any fuss. In short, it was a pleasure dealing with everyone of their team and we are absolutely delighted with our loft conversion. Friends have been very complimentary and a few who have recently had a loft conversion wished they had used JPL. Having a loft conversion done is by no means plain sailing and can be disruptive. We cannot fault JPL for trying to keep these disruptions to a minimum. The team is made of highly skilled, professional and courteous individuals who will treat your home as if it were their own. We would recommend Jon Pritchard to undertake your attic conversion without any hesitation. We selected them from a list of 10 plus conversion companies and although not the cheapest they were far from being the most costly. Throughout the process they were professional, very friendly and helpful, flexible and accommodating, responding quickly and positively and always found solutions to problems. They were courteous and patient and tidy in their work, cleaning up after the day's work, even out neighbours were impressed. Their approach to meeting our aims was great and they accepted and incorporated changes readily, were fair over additional costs with their main concern being to get the best outcome. The team who ran the job were efficient and well focused and have remained helpful through snagging and beyond (the main work was finished in Dec 2014 and we had the 6 month review recently where a few final points were sorted.) I still feel I could call them today and they would be happy to help. I think they were good value and was strongly suggest anyone to include them in their final list of contenders for attic conversion work.

We had Jon Pritchard to convert our loft earlier this year. What a fantastic job from beginning to end. The company has a real team feel about it, which comes through in the way the workers get on with things. Our team on site were terrific, they couldn't be more helpful or hard working. The process wasn't as messy as people had lead me to believe and I'm sure that was down to the excellent workmanship. They were very flexible when we requested some changes during the build and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. The project management was superb - when they needed big equipment or the tiles to turn up - they appeared as if by magic just in time... very smooth! All in all we are absolutely delighted with our new space and I would definitely recommend Jon Pritchard to anyone who needs their loft done.

I cannot recommend Jon Pritchard Ltd highly enough. They exuded reassurance and professional competence from the very first visit, taking time to discuss how we would use the loft and explaining how they would carry out the conversion. The eventual quote was not the cheapest - not the most expensive either - but we decided to go with Jon Pritchard because of the rapport we felt with them. The team doing the actual work were fantastic: clean and tidy (as far as an inherently dusty and disruptive job can be); respectful and polite, from the 'old sweats' to the apprentices. No question from me was too stupid to deserve a sensible answer and the team accommodated without complaint a number of last-minute changes to the design. We had an immovable deadline to be met and when it looked like (through no fault of their own - problems with suppliers) Jon Pritchard wouldn't meet the deadline, Adam, the foreman assured us that he would work nights and weekends to complete the conversion. It wasn't necessary. As it was, the last person on site, the night before my wife and I needed to move into the conversion, was one of the electricians - he had done a 12-hour day and the poor bloke was frazzled, so I sent him home as he was about to vacuum the house! We are delighted with the conversion and have had no significant teething troubles, leaks, creaks, cracks or otherwise. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Jon Pritchard to anyone considering a loft conversion.
