Radiators bled and two radiators replaced Water tank replaced

Replaced old stop cock and leaking water softener unit. Repaired and serviced gas boiler. All work done at short notice in thorough and professional manner. Always explained what he was doing and why, providing us with the most cost effective solution.

Andy is very friendly and considerate. He is always on time and gets back to you promptly which is great for us as we both work and have a busy family life. He seems incredibly knowledgeable about his trade and talked me through the different options to fix my boiler and heating, finding the most costs effective way. We are really impressed with all the work he has done and will continue using Jones and Sons.

Andy Jones has completed several jobs for us at our home. Most recently he came and sorted our plumbing in the kitchen putting the waste pipes into the main downpipe. He worked within the COVID guidelines and completed the work thoroughly and tidied up after himself. He has also replaced some of our radiators in our house. He is very professional and reliable and we have several other jobs that we will be employing his services for.

Jones and Sons have helped me on several occasions. They are very prompt at responding to enquiries and popping round to check what needs doing. Work is completed efficiently and they take pride in what they do. They also took time to help me understand how things work, even things they had not installed, such as how to isolate pipes under the sink, how my heating system works and use of the thermostat. They are also great at giving advice, in particular I was considering changing my system in my new home, but wasn't sure if that work was needed. They helped me realise that the existing system was fine as it was. I felt I fully understood what work they were doing, and that no question from me was silly. I am constantly impressed by how kind, helpful and thoughtful they are. I find them easy to talk with, they share details of what they're doing and I felt completely comfortable with them.
