Fantastic work by James installing an extractor fan in the kitchen and replacing an old one in the under stairs toilet plus replacing the flexible ducting to rigid. James was professional, on-time, courteous and tidy. No hesitation in recommending him.

James and his team have helped us out with a couple of electrical jobs as we’ve been renovating our house, including replacing light fittings and moving wires underneath floorboards. Customer service was very good, with updates by text and email, including a message to give time of arrival. James fitted two double sockets in the kitchen and replaced a broken bathroom extractor fan. He did an excellent job and left everything clean and tidy. We're very pleased with the work, will definitely use him again and will recommend him to family and friends.

JP responded quickly and arrived as arranged; the communication was excellent. They advised on the best solution to our issue but resolved the issue short term until they were able to come back and fully fix the issue. James installed a new cable from the fuse box to the kitchen cupboard and fitted a cooker isolation switch, connector to cooker and 2 x three pin sockets. The work was done to an agreed budget and re-scheduled to suit our needs. Very professional, polite and tidyed up as he went along. The job was done to a very high standard and I would recommend him with out hesitation.

Excellent service, kept me fully informed from start to finish. I had 6 spots lights fitted in the kitchen, ceiling light over the dinning table moved and new one installed. Change of spot light in the bathroom. I asked for additional work on the day, an outdoor socket to be fitted, which wasn’t a problem. Left the house nice and tidy!

Has been twice to deal with electrics. Gave reasonable quotes and fantastic advice. Kept in touch to confirm the appointment was still ok. Punctual, polite, got on with job, clean & tidy after the job was finished. Talked us through what he'd done and gave advice/ideas on other things to be done. JP Electrical fitted a number of lights, light switches and power sockets at our property. Light switch work also included integration of smart wireless switches and accompanying receiver. Work was carried out by James, all done very efficiently and totally in line with what we wanted - very happy customer. James also very customer friendly and a very tidy worker - also stayed to make sure the smart switches were working with my existing network setup. Will use this company again and highly recommend to others.

This is the first time I have commissioned this company to undertake work - it was an Electrical Installation Condition report on a property I am in the process of purchasing. I am a fan of Which? Trusted Traders and that is where I found JP Electrical. From my first conversation with them about what I required, I was impressed and they have been very professional throughout - they contacted me to confirm that the inspection had been booked in and then a gentle reminder of the appointment (which I found helpful). They provided the report when they said they would and it is comprehensive. I will definitely be asking JP Electrical to do some work for me when I finally get moved in, and would recommend them to others.
