James came out to assess my requirements and followed it up with a written quote, which I judged to be fair. Agreed a time and date for the work. He arrived at the given time and carried out the work to a high standard. He cleaned up and tested all the installation. I was very satisfied with his work and will use him again for any further electrical work I need, and recommend him to others. Excellent service.

This is the third time that we have used JP Electrical and once again they have performed perfectly. They came to do a quote for the work which was supplied promptly. We agreed a date for the work and we got a conformation email follows up by a reminder email a couple of days before the work was to be done. Then brought a colleague on the day to carry out th work and despite having to do some investigation during the day it was still completed and the invoice matched the quote. Both were polite and chatty through the day and, most importantly, the completed job is fabulous and very tidy after they had finished. I works definitely recommend JP Electrical.

Highly recommend, spot on service, very professional and will definitely be using JP again. I was looking for a local trader to fit an extractor fan for the bathroom. I found JP through a google maps search as I wanted a local provider to do this but I'm always a little dubious with these. Thankfully it was a grate choice. Honestly would recommend to him to anyone. James was brilliant, He explained and answered all my mundane questions and made everything hassle free. The booking process was smooth and informative. I was updated at every stage of the process with notifications about my scheduled job and when it was happening. He did an excellent job and made sure to clean up after himself. James did a small volume of different electric works at my house including to some ceiling speakers, adding a socket and installing under cabinet lighting - amongst other things. He turned up as planned, reminders received, and conducted the work efficiently and tidily wearing shoe covers and treating my home respectfully. I’m really pleased with the work and would use again. Completed a full re-wire on an old stone cottage which provided a number of challenges so work took slightly longer than anticipated but James stayed on this job in order to get it completed. He worked very hard and very efficiently. It was easy to discuss all aspects of the work with him.

James is the epitome of a professional and it was a pleasure to have him round to move our consumer unit and add some extra hallway lighting. I can't fault Nathan and James at all, thank you both! Communication was clear, booking was prompt and their booking system sent reminders and notifications to make sure I was in the loop. James was really helpful and was happy to answer any extra questions that I had, including going out of his way to fix a wired-in fire alarm that I had noticed wasn't right the day before my actual booked job (bathroom extractor). Dean came to fix some wiring under our conservatory floor. When he arrived we found that less work needed doing than expected, so he lowered his bill accordingly. He gave us a fair quote, arrived on time, completed the work to a high standard and left everything neat and tidy, keeping me up to date throughout.
