I'd like to thank you all for an excellent job well done (please pass this on). The whole thing has been very professionally handled. Your on-site guys have been very good and very nice to deal with. You had a lot of people here which made the job go very quickly with minimum disruption. I had specific requirements which were accommodated and I couldn't be happier with how that turned out. When the scaffolding team removed the scaffold they noticed some cracked tiles, told me, and you, and you had guys here who fixed it within 2 days. That was very impressive and I'm very grateful.

Really friendly, responsive & collaborative before the project is agreed. Then each department I had contact with were exactly the same. The installation went really smoothly & even since then they’ve been responsive to the questions I’ve had in the days since. Would recommend to anyone.

Whilst I already had scaffolding in place on my home for a renovation, I made a late decision to look into having Solar Panel installed on a new roof prior to the scaffolding being removed. After contacting several companies for quotes to Install Solar Panels and a Battery, I was contacted by Lynsey, a rep from JPS who gave an excellent first impression, coming out to visit a day later and made a fantastic effort to provide a competitive quote whilst being honest and upfront throughout. Lynsey and JPS as a whole made it possible for the installation and paperwork to be submitted in time prior to scaffolding being removed. The service from all involved throughout was exceptional and with no prior knowledge it was all made very simple to understand what system would best benefit me. The installation team were very considerate to my requests for location of the hardware and did a fantastic job of making it all look neat and tidy, with little impact on the home and making the effort to leave it spotless. The installation electrician assisted in setting my Solar App and provided simple guidance on interpreting the data. Would 100% recommend this company for a professional, efficient and simple service whilst being very competitive in price against all other quotes received.

Having decided on installing solar & battery storage as a means of energy independence & insulating against future fluctuations in energy prices it was important to partner with an installer with the expertise, knowledge, quality & customer support in this field. Having conducted extensive research I found JPS Renewable Energy the perfect partner that met these specific requirements. From the initial on-site visit, detailed discussion of my specific requirements all the way through to installation I found JPS very friendly, approachable & receptive at all times. They also offered a wide spectrum of products for my specific project which included pitched on roof & flat roof solar installation coupled with Tesla Powerwall 2 battery storage. I was kept up to date at all times at each stage of the project which was completed on time & budget. While JPS weren't the cheapest in relation to cost you have to acknowledge that you're paying for the expertise, quality and on going technical support which I believe is of paramount importance when investing in such a system. I would highly recommend JPS Renewable Energy to friends & family who are in the market for any renewable solutions.

From the initial outset the service from JPS Renewables has been seamless. The system and options were clearly explained, and the visiting surveyor explained all we needed to know. Work was completed within the agreed time, and to budget. Work was carried out with consideration for ourselves and our neighbours. The site was left clean and tidy.

The project started with a professional and comprehensive series of meetings, supply of information and documentation. Once the system capacity and features we required were established, the project price was supplied and there were no hidden extras. The installation started on time and was completed in the agreed time, the staff were courteous, professional, explained about the equipment as the installation was proceeding and left the areas clean tidy. Once the installation was completed, the staff gave a comprehensive explanation of the system and guided us through the apps to monitor and control the system.

JPS were the second company that we had install solar panels. The difference between the first and JPS was like night and day. Every aspect of the service that JPS offered from first contact was excellent. Very highly recommended.

JPS Renewable Energy were recommended to me by a neighbour. I had previously been talking to another solar company who I found irritating as they came over too much on the heavy sell. JPS I found very easy to deal with. They are professional and don’t employ sales agents which is a plus! Their quote for the installation of 20 ground mounted solar panels plus Tesla battery and cabling came in c£4k cheaper than the other quote. The installation was seamless. A very good and professional instal team. Any potential problems on the instal were quickly resolved and we have a better and tidier installation than we were expecting. Nothing was too much trouble. I can highly recommend. Following the installation I moved my electricity account from Edf to Good Energy. Good Energy’s export tariff for JPS customers is currently 20p/Kwh, 5p/Kwh better than Octopus Energy. There is something very satisfying from generating one’s own electricity.

From the first call to final installation I could not fault the service provided by JPS. The staff were attentive, knowledgable and helpful. The installation went without hitch and am pleased with the result. At all times communication was excellent. I can thoroughly recommend this company

JPS Renewable Energy have been superb in all aspects of this installation, from the initial contact all the way through to supplying all the required certificates on completion of the installation. The office staff were a pleasure to deal with and Nick and his installation team were fantastic from the outset. They were very tidy, efficient, courteous and explained everything in detail. I am very happy with the end result and can’t wait to start seeing my energy bills decrease.
