About
We are the 'Worcester Bosch Accredited Installers' in your area. We are a professional and reliable plumbing and heating company that is fully qualified to work with gas, oil and LPG. We have an extensive knowledge of heating systems and many years of experience. We are registered and regulated by both the gas safe register and Oftec.
We have a large team of qualified engineers which undertake all aspects of plumbing from a dripping tap to full heating systems and full bathroom renovations. We also carry out gas, oil and LPG boiler services and landlord safety certificates.
We have a dedicated office team that are here to support you through every step.
All our work is conducted professionally, fully insured and with a detailed quotation agreement in place prior to the work beginning.

I had the 3 port valve replaced and the work was done to a very high standard and done within the specified time frame, place left clean and tidy. The price was fair and reasonable. The tradesmen was very friendly and explained what would be changed and was shown the end product. Very pleased with the work done and would definitely use and recommend JR Plumbing & Heating Solutions Ltd Their customer service is extremely good and always helpful and answer any queries 10 out of 10

We had a problem in Dec 2021 with our heating and hot water not working, and called JR to arrange for someone to come. I mentioned we are a vulnerable household and to his credit, James came out within a day. He fixed the boiler very quickly and we were very impressed with not only the speed but how professional and friendly he is. We would recommend JR Plumbing and Heating with no hesitation.

JR Plumbing and Heating were able to supply a boiler engineer at very short notice. He worked logically to detect the faulty parts which were obtained and fitted on the same day and then completed a thorough service and explained to us clearly what he was doing and why and at the end of the day left us with a working boiler. Highly delighted with the whole experience and would not hesitate to ask them to service our boiler on an annual basis.

JR Plumbing & Heating Solutions renovated a bathroom for me. They charged a very reasonable price for all the work that was involved. They kept me informed all the time about what was happening and they even came on a Sunday to finish things off. I have to mention Loren in the office who was always there to help with any queries when I emailed her. I feel all the staff were very efficient and polite. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs to renovate their bathroom.

JR Plumbing and Heating Solutions did a complete refurbishment of our shower room. The work included stripping out the existing suite and tiling, installing a wetroom, wall-hung basin, vanity unit, toilet and bidet, heated mirror and underfloor heating mat. They also retiled the walls and floor and redecorated as necessary. The advice we received on design was extremely helpful, the quote was very fair and the planning was highly efficient. Jay and his colleagues were friendly and helpful. They kept the site clean, cleared up at the end of each day and observed social distancing. The work was of a high quality. It was completed within the agreed two weeks and on budget, apart from a short delay with the supply of the mirror by a third party. We have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Replacing a failed shower pump

Our old pump failed in April and was replaced within a few days. However, this failed after about 4 months and the makers of the pump would not honour the warranty. We went to Which to find a reliable plumber and found JR Plumbing amongst others. JR were the only ones who would give us a date for the work; all others said they were too busy. James came to see the job and within 2 days we had the quotation. Today, our plumber arrived as scheduled and did a fantastic job for us. He explained what he had to do and worked quickly and quietly - and cleanly - to get the job finished. I was delighted with his attitude and courtesy and would happily use this company again. I was included in the test run and he made sure that I was happy with the job before he left. Well done JR.

JR Plumbing and Heating have done an absolutely fantastic job installing a complete new bathroom for me. I was immensely impressed with the way the lead plumber project managed the works. From day one everyone arrived exactly when they were scheduled to, worked hard and were extremely professional and a credit to their company. I have used this company previously for radiator works, and will always go to them in future. The works were done completely to budget and for what I think was a very good price. I am extremely happy with my new bathroom and I would not hesitate to thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking for a top rate professional job.

We had issues with our heating for a while and JR Plumbing were exceptional in their diagnosis, planning and completing the work. All done to time, a very reasonable budget and when one of the valves did not work within warranty, they replaced it quickly. Thank you for a great job!

Our heating had stopped working on a Thursday. We rang around several companies and was told they wouldn't be able to get out to us until the Monday. This was all at about 4:30pm. Gemma at JR Plumbing to whom we explained that as I was heavily pregnant and also had a 2 year old said we couldn't wait 4 days said let me see what I can do (no other company did that upon being given the same information). A lovely gentleman called James was with us within half an hour and half an hour later we had heating again! What more can one ask for. We would 100% recommend them and would 100% use them again!
