JS Electrical Contractors Ltd was established in 2017. With over 18 years’ experience training and working in the electrical industry between them, Directors Jamie Cornwell and Steven Valle had a vision to put their knowledge and experience together and start JS Electrical Contractors Ltd. We have attained a steady growth in business and reputation across Hertfordshire and London and carry out all aspects of electrical installation.

Brandon arrived promptly and fitted an additional power socket in the conservatory fed from the higher rated kitchen supply to allow a washing machine to be run without the need of an extension cable. Neighbours had recommended JS Electrical to me and I would happily recommend them, as Brandon was quick, tidy and polite and the cost of the work was as quoted.

The eight hallways in our three blocks of flats had dim bulkhead lighting worked by an ancient and failing push button operation. We asked JS Electrical, as one of three contractors, to quote for modern LED lights activated by hands free microwave sensors. They provided the most conpetitive quote. The work was carried out efficiently and with the minimal of noise, fuss and mess and on budget. The result has transformed our hallways.

We contacted JS after a recommendation from a friend. Our power supply installation was not straightforward as the hob was to be located in an existing extension. The pre work survey carried out was thorough and identified numerous issues (new fuse box, possible cable run blockages etc.) that would/ may be encountered and subsequent rectification work which may required. The professional manner with which this survey was carried out and openly discussed was impressive. The works were subsequently completed with minimal disruption, the only rectification work required being plastering a small hole in the ceiling, which was done well. A great job, done well by professional and well mannered people. Will use again.

What a wonderful company! Jamie was quick to respond to my first email, was super friendly, and provided a great quote to replace all of the halogen bulbs in my house with LED lights. Within a few days he scheduled us in and Mike did the actual installations. Mike was friendly, polite, worked very quickly, and even took the time to clean up everything before he left. We now have beautiful lights that will help us save on our energy bill and have completely transformed our house and how it looks at night. It's so refreshing to have found a great company that I can go back to with any of my electrical needs for my home. Thank you Jamie and Mike! Despite things being tough with COVID you've quite literally lit up our life with great work :)

Having had a few false starts/disasters in my search for an electrician To complete some external wiring and refitting of garden lights I turned to Trusted Trader and found Jamie and Steve, and what a revelation. I knew within a minute these guys knew their stuff, really professional and polite. The quote arrived very quickly and they fitted me in at short notice. Brandon turned up to do the work, and again he filled me with complete confidence, all works completed, no fuss, and a pleasure to deal,with. Invoice cheaper than quoted as he didn’t need to do all of the work!!! Amazing thank you guys. Already have them looking at some other jobs.

Jamie and Steve were brilliant. They sought to get some power back for me when I had a major failure. They arrived at the time they said and managed to isolate the fault and get most of my power up until they could come back to finalise the solution. They also spent a day installing a new fuse board and lights and power sockets in my kitchen. They are both courteous and have a great customer service ethic. They left my house clean and tidy and me feeling very confident about the work that they did. The price remained as quoted. I have no hesitation in recommending them. As a woman living on my own I felt very comfortable with them in the house. Very trustworthy.
