I got in touch with JT Automatics after being fraudulently ripped off by another company South East Gearboxes. They confirmed I needed an auto transmission rebuild and within 2 weeks all work was completed with a 2 year warranty. I cannot express enough how helpful and professional the company is and highly recommend their services.

I had been trying to diagnoses possible gear box problem on my 05 plate landcruiser within the south West of England. Everyone I spoke to had told me it could be this and could be that. It could cost this but likely to be that. And any work done would only have a short warranty. After a bit of time on Google came across across J T Automatics. They had a max fix price for a full rebuild cheaper than anyone I'd spoken to and cover with a 2 Yr warranty. Travelled 250 miles left the car for a week . Spoke to them over what they though and had done at the end of the week.They said fault wasn't gearbox but fuel supply . They had removed the sump,ran checks and refilled gear box . When I asked how much for their time spent and oil they said nothing ! They'd rather be honest. They could have done the full job and charged me nearly £2000 . They Should have charged me for the oil and ramp time . They didn't. I followed there fuel problem advice and fingers crossed problem solved . Not many companies are that customer minded Highly recommended this honest established company .

Complete rebuild of auto gearbox. Transformed the car. Car drives better and smoother than it ever did. Great company to deal with. Plus a two year warranty.

I bought my 2001 50th anniversary land cruiser in 2018 and found it to be in need of several imperfections that needed instant attention the worst being the auto box.I found JT autos on line and trailered it to their workshop in Erith. 3days later I collected the vehicle. Since the rebuild I have travelled to Gibralter twice, mainland Spain once in 2018. This year 2019 I travelled to Turkey via Belgium Germany Austria Hungary Serbia Bulgaria Turkey. Came home via Greece italy and Switzerland France back to Lydd. 5482 miles.Add the other 9000 covered in 2018 app 15000 miles with absolutely no trouble from gearbox whatsoever. I cannot express how pleased I am with JT of Erith.
