Met Joe by chance in the street where I live, think he was doing a boiler service. Asked him to give me a quote for boiler replacement and two new radiators. By late afternoon I received the quote from Joe and was very happy with price. My own boiler was very old and was showing intermittent faults which BG couldn’t fix. Joe managed to fit me in quite quickly and gave great advice on what boiler might be best for me. On the day of the new boiler fitting, Tom and Steve arrived at the agreed time and set to work. I was kept upto date as to what they were doing throughout the day. The standard of workmanship was fantastic from these two lads. When they had finished they left the house totally spotless and ran through how to operate the new boiler and the room thermostat. I have had some work carried out by this company before. They have exceptional high standards and very helpful, They attended on time and finished the work, cleaned up and gave plenty of advise if this was to happen again, This company has the right attitude and customer services is excellent. We had no flow through our hot water taps. I called on Monday afternoon and Joe messaged that Tom would be there in twenty minutes. In fact it was nearer ten minutes. He identified the multifunction valve as the cause and removed it to check for any blockage. This actually improved the flow to our relief. They ordered a replacement, fitted it on Wednesday afternoon, rang on Thursday morning to check if fully resolved and attended shortly afterwards to make a minor adjustment to completely resolve the problem. They always communicated before a visit and always came within the promised time - very swift, pleasant and effective service.

Easy to communicate with and book. Arrived at agreed time. The work done was up to a great standard and left everything clean and tidy. Friendly and reliable service. Would highly recommend.

Take out and refit sanitary radiators and towel rails to 2 bathrooms for tiling. Excellent service and customer care from start to finish. All work carried out to a very high standard. Would highly recommend.

Joe, Tom and Steve were so easy to deal with, nothing was ever too much trouble, including managing the vastly elongated programme through the lockdowns. Their works included 4 bathrooms, kitchen, all 1st and 2nd fix throughout the property, piping to the heat exchanger/cylinder on the Air Sourced Heat Pump, plant room pipework and anything else water or waste related. Always on time, great communication throughout, exceptional tidiness, great standard of work and real value for money. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend JT Plumbing Heating & Gas Ltd to anyone. Very reasonable prices. December 2020: conversion from old boiler system to Combi boiler system. January 2021: full refit of the en-suite shower room. Commendable project management. Joe, Tom, and plumbing team, and associate suppliers, joiner, plasterer, tiler, electricians, painter; all professional, efficient, courteous, and friendly. Would recommend all day long.

I'm very cautious about using tradesmen in general - but I have no hesitation in recommending JT Heating. Having discovered our heating boiler wasn't working, Joe attended within 2 hours and having agreed it was not economically repairable, I had a quote for fitting a new boiler emailed through, and the work was completed (Tom & Steve - a great job, thanks!) within 54 hours of my first call. And this was the week before Christmas, when most gas engineers couldn't do anything until the New Year! Excellent service from start to finish - many thanks
