Jubilee replaced the windows in my home this week and I've been extremely happy with the end to end experience. From the home visits to choose what I wanted and take measurements to the day of the installation, the service has been excellent. Communication was clear and straightforward and responses to questions were always quick. The team on the day were friendly, hard working and didn't leave any mess behind. The company has a more traditional feel to it and their experience is obvious, which I found reassuring, but they still provide very good value for money. I will be changing my front door in the new year and won't be looking anywhere else for someone to do the job. I highly recommend Jubilee to anyone looking for similar work.

Jubilee installations replaced the existing casement windows with sash windows, as well as the French windows and back door. Excellent throughout, from initial enquiry to final installation. The fitters worked quickly and efficiently, cleaning up thoroughly. Really pleased with our new windows and doors, and would highly recommend Jubilee Installations.

The service we received from Jubilee installations was superb from beginning to end, From our initial enquiry to completion of the installation of our porch. This is the third time we have used Jubilee Installations. They are a family-run firm and that's reflected in the personal service you receive. They have fitted double glazed windows to our last two properties but this time we needed a cat flap fitting in a bifold door - a small job but you still receive an excellent service. Their employees are always personable and helpful whether you're meeting their sales rep Richard, fitter (and partner in the firm) Spencer or speaking to the team in the office. And this doesn't come at a high cost - their prices are competitive too. Their quote was accurate. They arrived on time and left without a mess. Communication by phone or email before and after the job was excellent, as always. If you're thinking of using Jubilee Installations do so with confidence. You won't be disappointed.

This was my second time using Jubilee, and as usual the service and product quality was great. Very easy process to get things measured up and delivery time was pretty quick. On the day the new window and patio doors were installed nicely, and all done in a few hours.

Having been extremely daunted and overwhelmed with various salespersons arriving at our home giving scripted pitches I discovered Jubilee and their manager who voluntarily and without a sales pitch helped me navigate through requirements for what was needed for our large front of house replacement window. Very well explained to the layman and gave advice without persuasion. Surveyor was equally knowledgable and efficient. We proceeded with the purchase (no deposit taken) and several weeks later the installation has happened. The installation team were on time, courteous, professional and extremely knowledgable. Very tidy, fit was pain free and speedy. We are over the moon with the end result. Start to finish has been painless. Highly recommend Jubilee and we will use again without any hesitation.

I would have liked to review Jubilee Installations fully, after having used their services, however I have now waited for more than two weeks for a quote and heard nothing from them, despite chasing. I originally went into their shop on Convent Road on the 8th February and spoke with Karl Custance. After he explained the benefits of Solidoor products he explained that the quickest way to get a quote was to go home and measure up myself, if confident, and send him the details along with a screenshot of the desired product from the Solidoor website. I did this the same day, and he came back to me saying he would get some pricing and let me know. A week passed and I heard nothing, so I went in again on the 15th Feb and spoke to a different person, as Karl was not there. This man took my name, I told him what I was looking for, explained the situation and said that Karl had all my details. He told me he would get Karl to contact me. To this day i've heard nothing. So unfortunately I can't recommend this company. You may think this review is a bit strong, but if this lack of attention and shabby customer service is reflected in the overall quality of their work, then I would have to strongly advise anyone to steer clear of Jubilee Installations.

You could be hesitant to choose a local supplier over a big brand. We initially went to Anglian for a quote and was extremely underwhelmed by the lack of guidance, advice and care. The quote seemed completely unreasonable, even with the 'apparently big discount' offered. Our builder recommended Jubilee and a super efficient service meant that we were measured with a quote within days. What truly stood out was the value for money compared with our previous quote, aligned with the exceptional customer support. It did not matter how many questions we asked, or how many times we needed to clarify or tweak things! The entire process from start to install was impressive. Overall our advice to anyone just choosing a big brand.... think again and certainly speak to Jubilee. Thank you Vanessa.

Jubilee windows fitted a porch door in just 2 hours. very satisfied with the work carried out. The fitters were very efficient . I would recommend Jubilee to anyone. What really impressed me was I didn't pay any deposit and payment was when job was finished and I was satisfied. Well done Jubilee

I have just had windows and a new door from Jubilee and am so happy with the service. Vanessa was very helpful and knowledgeable in our initial meetings and the measurer and fitters were polite, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. They obviously take great pride in their work, which is first class. The whole experience couldn’t have been easier and I thoroughly recommend them.

Jubilee installed a new front door, kitchen door and french patio doors, completely on budget and spec. From our initial visit to their shop and Vanessa’s attentive and prompt responses to our many questions, through to the friendly, efficient and quality workmanship, they’re one of the best companies we’ve dealt with and we would absolutely use them for future projects. We used Jubilee Windows at our old house, where they installed sash windows, patio doors and a new front door, so when we moved there was never a doubt as to who we would get in to do the work. 7 windows replaced, including a bay and a new front door. They sent out two crews so the windows were done in one day to minimise disruption. Great workmanship, good value for money, clean and tidy and really nice guys - what more could you ask for. Also appreciated advise from them regarding the extreme lack of insulation in our loft area. We would recommend them to anyone and everyone especially as they are a local family company.

I had two small windows installed at the side of my house. Quick clean installation and the also had to make an adjustment, which was not of their making. I am thinking of replacing my main windows sometime in 2020 and they will definitely be the company that I will be contacting.

Excellent service from start to finish. The sales representatives were polite and courteous. The fitters were very experienced and efficient. We were very pleased with the work done, especially the finish to the internal plaster work which was undamaged and not requiring redecoration. Hassle free service with excellent results. The team at Jubilee has done a number of jobs at my house over the years - from replacing gutters to building a brilliant conservatory. I have found their service to be prompt, efficient and professional. I have always been totally satisfied with what they have done for me and I shall not hesitate to entrust them with future projects.

New front door. I'm really happy with Jubilee. They are really professional. Richard gave us a great service and suggestions, showing us exactly how the product is. The installation engineer did an excellent job. Very clean, neat and precise. I was surprise how quick it was as he was alone and the door was quite heavy. The door itself is really good, the lock system is very easy to use, robuste and no air passes throw. Definitely, this is the company you must use for your home door, windows or patio.
