I had a very good experience using Julian Hurst Interiors. I was looking for a luxury vinyl floor to replace the laminate floor in my kitchen which had been damaged. Julian did a site inspection, listened to what I had in mind and then helped me narrow down the options. He lent me a selection of large sample panels so I could get a good sense of what the flooring would look like. He was even happy to pick them up! The fitting went smoothly and I am very pleased with the result. The biggest selling point of Julian Hurst Interiors is Julian. He is a people person and very knowledgeable. Nothing is too much trouble! I would highly recommend him.

After selecting a carpet and colour from the showroom, Jillian came to our apartment and gave us a quote. The installation was flawless and completed on time . A follow up call out to attend to a minor problem was handled quickly and without charge. We had an excellent experience with Julian Hurst Interiors while carpeting our home progressively over the course of quite a few months. As we renovated and tackled different rooms and areas one at a time, Julian was incredibly accommodating and flexible with our schedule. From the start, Julian was highly knowledgeable and helpful in choosing the right carpets for each space. The quality of the carpets and the workmanship of the fitting have both been excellent throughout. Every installation was completed to the highest standard, with great attention to detail and care taken in our home. What really stood out was the quality and consistency of the service — each stage of the process was smooth, professional, and wholly reliable. Julian is a pleasure to deal with.

We had used Julian about 3 years ago to lay some beautiful flooring in our en suite bathroom. At the end of last year we had a leak and turned to Julian to help with our insurance claim. He was 100% professional at every stage, visiting is at fairly short notice to assess the damage. He supplied and his team fitted a new beautiful flooring and managed to repurpose some of the undamaged materials elsewhere rather than just throwing it all away - at a very reasonable price. Can not recommend more highly.

We used Julian Hurst after a recommendation from neighbours Julian gave us a lot of time and advice, but never pressurised us We chose a laminate flooring for one room and an LVT flooring for another, and in both cases the quality is excellent The fitters were very professional and Julian checked that all work had been completed to our satisfaction We hope to use Julian again in the Spring

Julian Hurst fitted another carpet for us - the 3rd carpet job they have done for us. Julian was able to match our new carpet to previous ones laid a couple of years ago and was as professional and friendly as ever. Julian is very pleasant and considerate and we really appreciate his flexibility around fitting dates. Julian ensured that the offcut was returned to us when the fitters inadvertently took it away. We would definitley use Julian Hurst again and can recommend it heartily.

Julian advised and quickly arranged to measure up for a new bedroom carpet. Was very helpful and found just the right shade and texture for the room. Despite it being a busy time before Christmas, he made sure the carpet was fitted in good time. The fitters did a great job and were very professional and friendly. The service provided was personal and everything was finished off very well. It was refreshing to find a company who puts the customers’ needs first and goes the extra mile. Would definitely recommend.

Julian gave us great advice on patterns and style that suits our home and he was spot on. The carpet was ready to be fitted a week before Christmas. The team was professional and meticulous.
