Gwynn from Just Fascias came to review the small job on a leak from a flat roof in my property. I’d had a few roofing contractors who had quoted, and all were proposing to do bog jobs out of it, with commensurate prices. Gwynn reviewed the area and asked a few questions including whether I wanted a repair or a full replacement. I was happy with a repair of the leaky area and he quoted me a sum eight times cheaper than the one I was going to accept out of desperation. Today the leak has been repaired and Brandon went above and beyond what was described in the quote to make the roof water tight. He didn’t increase the price saying it was all part of the repair! In addition I asked him for advice on roof replacement as I want to install solar panels, and we had a long discussion where location, current and future power usage and other factors were discussed, all information that will be useful for me to consider. I will also receive quotes for re-roofing (the roof is in too poor condition to install solar panels) and calculations for solar panels installation given my current and future planned use of electricity. I couldn’t have received better advice, and hope to be able to follow up with these renovation plans within a year or 2. I highly recommend Just Fascias for any issue relating to roofing and am referring them to someone whose house roof is in better condition than mine but wants to install solar panels. From first contact with Glyn at the survey and quote stage everything that was promised was completed. His teams level of workmanship is absolutely first class and when I returned home from work there was no tidying up to do. What can I say but absolutely brilliant from start to finish, Gyln came to measure and assess the replacement of our old fascias and guttering. We thought he was a bit weird when he got his binoculars out to look at our roof tiles. But thats how indepth this company is. The guys came spot on time then cracked on with the job, they were very professional and extremely tidy, showing my wife the photos of the underfelt that had perished over time. They even cleaned our next doors guttering and replaced a few broken tiles that Glyn had spotted through his binoculars free of charge. They removed 2 layers of roof tiles to fit some plastic sheets under the worn felting. The quality of the fascia board is the best, it has like a wooden affect as we decided to have black with black guttering. We had to have 7 roof tiles replaced which had broken over time which were very difficult to reach, but no job was too small for these guys. We would definitely recommend Just Fascias ltd. From Glynn first coming out to speak to us regarding a quote for our fascia's, soffits etc being replaced we knew instantly that we were dealing with a professional company, Glynn explained in great detail the work that would be carried out by the team, there was no hard sell, quite the opposite, he was aware that we had contacting other companies for quotes however after speaking with Glynn we cancelled the others as we knew this was the company for us. We were happy with the quote given, which was a fair price. The team arrived within the time frame given by Glynn and wow what two lovely lads James & Jack are, they are highly skilled professionals and the quality of their work is faultless, they made sure everything was clean and tidy before leaving each day and the completed job is beyond excellent.

Excellent work transforming our home with quality soffits and fascias and upvc mock Tudor. A couple of issues after installation that were no problem to put right and communication from Glyn was excellent from quote stage to after installation with the couple of issues sorted professionally and without any hesitation. The team who installed…..James, Jack and Terry are all hard working professional guys who work to an exacting professional standard….cleaning up after themselves every day over what was a 2 week install. The two issues that arose after install were dealt with without any fuss and were put right….the issues were not of Just Fascia’s doing….more a manufacturing fault that the manufacturer put right with new parts. We needed to replace our facias and soffits after 30 years on our 4 bedroom detached house . We also needed to replace the mock Tudor facade . I submitted an enquiry via the website and it was answered in 2 hours . Glyn provided us with a list of properties nearby that they had completed and came found to arrange a quote in 24 hours. The quote was less than a couple of window companies and I liked the fact they are facia specialists . We agreed the quote and they started 5 weeks later . The 3 lads Terry Jack and James were a pleasure to deal with . No radios, cracked on with the work and they bring their own scaffolding towers so every day they assembled what they needed and no skips ( they take away everything each day . The facias and soffits were completed in 5 days the Tudor facade in 2 The final results are superb and I can’t recommend them highly enough .

Explained to Mr. Burns what I wanted and needed. He did detailed measurements of the roofline came back in abit later gave me a quote and explained to me how he came to that figure. Once decided to go ahead was told when and how it would proceed from there and just like I was told the process began. Very courteous and professional the 3 gentleman were the 3 days they were on site. A great job from start to finish, would recommend highly.
