Complete replacement of all Fascias, Soffits, Gutters, Downpipes on large semi-detached house. I obtained quotations from various companies, and decided upon "Just ... Fascias" because Trevor who visited to quote was able to provide detailed technical information and also the addresses of references in my area. I made the right decision. I decided that it was best to choose a company who specialise in Fascias, Soffits, Gutters, Downpipes, rather than using a general builder. Excellent, neat, and tidy installation. This included working through a particular unforeseen technical issue that arose due to the age of the property. The two installers worked hard and late on the last day to finish the job for which I was grateful. Would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Initial consultation was informal and friendly but informative and helpful. Everything that was promised was delivered. The team arrived on time, commenced work immediately by introducing themselves and outlining how the work would be done. The two-person team worked quickly without fuss and completed the work on time with no problems. They kept us informed of progress during the work, cleaned any debris away at the end of the day and maintained a friendly and helpful working relationship with us. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to friends and family.

We finally decided to have our fascias, soffits, guttering and dry verges replaced and renewed. We received several quotes. As per the title a fantastic job/install carried out by installation team. From start to finish the team carried out the install to a very high standard, keeping us updated as to progress at regular intervals. A very professional company starting with Glyn who walked us through what would happen, Louise who scheduled the install and made sure we happy throughout and finally the team who I can't praise highly enough. I would have no hesitation in recommending Just Facias to all and sundry.

The quote was detailed and precise, the communication of how & when was clear, the craftsmen were punctual, polite and professional. The end result was the outside of our home was weatherproofed efficiently and updated the look to how it was when it was new - but better! Thoroughly recommend the team of James, Jack and Terry - hard grafters who really take pride in their work. A 10 year guarantee as well for peace of mind. The team tidied up every day, scanning for nails and screws that may find their way into the car tyres, very conscientious and detail driven. Advised and helped on related installation issues (hiding data cables and power for external lighting and cameras), they really gave 100% + to their job.

i have just had my fascias and guttering replaced by just fascias and what a fantastic job they have done from the initial contact where everything was explained to me, how the work would be carried out and showing me what materials would be used and there was no high pressure selling like you get off some company's.i decided to accept the quote and have the work done and couldn't be happier,the work took 5 days to complete (3 bedroom detached house) by 2 fitters who worked to an extremely high standard, cleaned up every day and took all the rubbish with them,my house now looks fantastic, nice to find a company that do what they say.

The surveyor who came explained about the product and procedure, showed us the construction and measured up before providing a quotation. Due to bad weather on the previous job, the work started a couple of days later than proposed but the office kept us fully informed. The workmen arrived on time, were polite, friendly, hard working, efficient and cleared up after each day. We did not need to do any clearing afterwards. We are extremely pleased with the finished product and it makes our house look very much nicer. At the initial survey we were shown exactly what would happen at every stage of the installation. The fitting team arrived on time everyday and completed the job within the timescale. Just fascias are a very professional company from start to finish. Could not fault them on anything. The workmen were very efficient. They arrived early every morning. They were always polite and friendly. At the end of each day they cleaned away everything leaving no trace of them having been. Their workmanship is excellent and transformed the house. They even added finishing touches that we never thought of, e.g. the area above my garage door had a lintel visible, they boarded over this to make it look finished off. They moved a drain pipe over to accommodate us being able to fit a light. We have a 7 x 4 metre conservatory with glass roof which they put up scaffolding over, this was up for one day only for them to carry out the work necessary then removed. They also covered the glass on the roof as added protection. They estimated the work to last 3 to 4 days and it was completed at midday on the 4th day. Really pleased with the work, and would highly recommend.
