Explained to Mr. Burns what I wanted and needed. He did detailed measurements of the roofline came back in abit later gave me a quote and explained to me how he came to that figure. Once decided to go ahead was told when and how it would proceed from there and just like I was told the process began. Very courteous and professional the 3 gentleman were the 3 days they were on site. A great job from start to finish, would recommend highly.

Just Fascia's have just replaced the fascia's, bargeboards, soffits, gutter and fall pipes on my house and garage. The team of two arrived on time and completed 7 days later as planned. At the end of each day Chris and Jack cleaned away all their rubbish and swept up leaving everything as found. They worked hard and quietly showing the utmost care for myself and my neighbours. If extra time and work was needed to achieve clean and straight lines they did so. Shorty after starting I questioned the colour of the verge caps and these were replaced without question. Glyn was easy to contact and always keen to make sure I was a satisfied customer. Well done Just Fascia's.

I am happy to recommend this company. We had new fascia's, soffits and gutters fitted. During the course of this work it became apparent that our roof tiles were thin and brittle, and no longer manufactured, or easily available. As we were about to have solar panels fitted by another company it was obvious that a new roof was required first. Glyn and his team agreed to do this for us and completed this over 4 days with minimum fuss and disruption. Glyn always responded to messages and phone calls and his team always arrived as arranged. They worked hard and cleaned up well afterwards. All the work appears totally satisfactory.

From the first visit getting the quote to the instillation being completed was absolutely fantastic Everything was explained to me in full which left me confident they knew what they were doing The price I was given I was very happy with I had checked out prices previously and they were on the cheaper side another bonus When it came to the time for the job to be done I received a phone call asking when I wanted it doing not when they were coming again brilliant They put the scaffold up the night before with permission then on the day when everything was fitted I wasn’t at home I returned home at 15:00 to find the job was completed it looked amazing there was no mess at all everything was swept up and wiped down 100% satisfied Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for work to be done

The whole experience of having our fascias and soffits replaced by Just Fascias was excellent. We had intended to get two or three quotes before booking a company to carry out the work but Glyn Burns' was the first to quote and we were convinced of the quality of work he expected from his team and the pride his company took in the end product that we accepted his quote very quickly. We were not disappointed! The fitters were on time and soon showed their professionalism and skills. The weather turned extremely wet and windy during the afternoon but they continued to work until they were like drowned rats! They returned the next morning and quickly completed the job. They were friendly and professional at all times and their cleaning-up was exemplary. All in all, a brilliant job from an excellent company!

We were impressed by Glyn from the outset as he arrived for the appointment to quote on time! The whole process has been without fault. Ryan and Jack, the fitters were punctual, friendly, tidy and did a fantastic job. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the men. The soffits and fascias are of excellent quality. This wasn't the cheapest quote that we got but we had seen their work on another property and had spoken to the owner for their opinion. They said they wouldn't hesitate to recommend Just Fascias and we feel the same. Everything was tidied away on a daily basis and apart from the brand new soffits and fascias, you would never know they'd been.

Replacement of facias, soffits and guttering on a 3-bedroom detached house with a separate garage. Had quotes from 2 companies including Just Facias. After visits from both we decided to go with Just Facias, Glyn was very professional covering in detail every aspect of the work to be completed and answering any questions or concerns that we had, which in all honesty was not given by the other company. On to the job, we have nothing but praise for the team that carried out the work. There the standard of workmanship was very high with the work being completed in a timely manner. Even down to the cleaning done at the end of each days work it was obvious that they have pride in the job that they do. The work done has totally improved the appearance of our house and I have no problem in recommending Just Facias to anyone.

I contacted Just Fascias Ltd for a quote on having our gutters replaced and soffits and fascias fitted as ours were open and in quite a state. Glyn turned up to do a survey and explained everything in great depth to me. The quote given was straight to the point and thankfully with no rubbish sales tactics of “well if I phone the boss” or “today only”. I was more than happy to accept the quoted price which Glyn gave me and a timeframe for when to expect the work to be carried out was put in place. No deposit was required and I was to pay the full amount when I was happy with the work. On the day work was to commence 2 fitters turned up (James & G) and what a delight it was to have them work on my house. They were incredibly professional, polite, no music, no swearing, no smoking, no nothing other than getting on with the job. James noticed that we had been quoted for roofing felt was to go back 3 rows of tiles but when he looked it was his opinion was that the felt was only damaged going back 2 rows and 3 rows of new felt was unnecessary. As day 2 started Glyn got in touch and adjusted the quote down to reflect what James had found, you can’t argue with that can you. In the space of 2 days the look of my house has been transformed and you would never even know that the company had been here, they left the place absolutely spotless on both days. We only had the one quote from Just Facias because when Glyn came out to do the quote it was obvious he knew his stuff and was so professional. We received 4 quotes for new fascia, soffits and guttering, Glynn's was not the cheapest but it was the only quote where they looked like they knew what they were talking about. He was very professional and talked us through the work that would be carried out. The guys that did the work were very polite and kept things tidy. As per the title a fantastic job/install carried out by installation team. From start to finish the team carried out the install to a very high standard, keeping us updated as to progress at regular intervals. A very professional company starting with Glyn who walked us through what would happen, Louise who scheduled the install and made sure we happy throughout and finally the team who I can't praise highly enough. I would have no hesitation in recommending Just Facias to all and sundry.

The quote was detailed and precise, the communication of how & when was clear, the craftsmen were punctual, polite and professional. The end result was the outside of our home was weatherproofed efficiently and updated the look to how it was when it was new - but better! Just fascias are a very professional company from start to finish. Could not fault them on anything. The workmen were very efficient. They arrived early every morning. They were always polite and friendly. At the end of each day they cleaned away everything leaving no trace of them having been. Their workmanship is excellent and transformed the house. They even added finishing touches that we never thought of, e.g. the area above my garage door had a lintel visible, they boarded over this to make it look finished off. They moved a drain pipe over to accommodate us being able to fit a light. We have a 7 x 4 metre conservatory with glass roof which they put up scaffolding over, this was up for one day only for them to carry out the work necessary then removed. They also covered the glass on the roof as added protection. They estimated the work to last 3 to 4 days and it was completed at midday on the 4th day. Really pleased with the work, and would highly recommend.

Wasn't pleased with the drop pipe attached to gutter. For some reason ours in the only one with a kink in which they tried to explain away but ultimately they fitted the gutter too close to the house. Owner then getting unpleasant on the phone because of the feedback.

The work was completed to an extremely high standard. They cleaned up as they went along and if it wasn't for the fact the scaffold towers moved from day to day and the work they had competed, you wouldn't have known they had been there. Very pleased with the work and would highly recommend them

After receiving and agreeing the quote for the work, the office rang with a date for the fitters to start. The arrived when they said they would an told us the sequence that they proposed to do the work in. We had new Fascias, soffits, gutters and down pipes throughout and a new facing board to our gable, new barge boards and tudor boarding fitted. The fitters did the job in the time they said it would be done by and they did it neatly, paying attention to detail and taking care of the windows, doors etc. They worked hard and at the end of each day they tidied up carefully. The quality of the materials used and the workmanship was excellent. I can’t fault them.

It is always quite daunting when getting quotes and choosing the right company for home repairs etc. From the initial visit to my house, offering recommendations (moving the fall-pipes to the rear of the property, aligning the garage gutter with the porch gutter etc etc) and giving full details of the work that would be carried out (including photos from the previous jobs that have been completed). I felt completely at ease and was happy to go ahead. The work was completed earlier than planned to accommodate me, which I am grateful for. I cannot praise the 3 workmen enough. Polite, courteous, knowledgeable, professional workmanship. It was freezing throughout the 4 days that the guys were at my property, but they all worked non-stop from the moment that they arrived (on-time every morning) to the moment that they left. Each day, my property (driveway etc) was left clean and tidy, with all rubbish removed. Scaffolding was used each day to ensure quality of work and taken down and rebuilt whenever any risk from wind. I really cannot praise 'Just Fascias' enough, and will definitely be recommending to family and friends that may be looking to have any work completed in the future.
