Safety is of paramount importance when dealing with gas appliances. The reliability of the work done is the priority. Just Gas has carried out work for us in this capacity and we have always found them an excellent company for undertaking all necessary maintenance to keep our boiler running as required. I am happy to endorse them without reservation.

I chose Just Gas based on the reviews on Which and I wasn't disappointed with their service. They came to do a combo boiler replacement and the quote was extremely clear and reasonably priced. They were doing the work for my elderly parents and spent the time to explain clearly what they were going to do and the options available. I felt confident that they respected my parents and they did an amazing job. Turned up on time with a phone call to say they were on their way. Jake in particular was very accommodating, polite, friendly and efficient. A few days after the job the wireless thermostat failed and they came promptly to fix it. Since then there have been no problems and I don't anticipate any. The whole process was stress free for my parents and I can highly recommend this company.

We had a new boiler fitted during Covid (not installed by Just Gas, I wish they had) our builder used his own plumber. Nothing wrong with the initial installation but at Christmas we began losing bar pressure and water coming out of a faulty valve. Post Christmas we contacted Just Gas. They have effected an excellent repair and also given us a higher specification on various parts. Very pleased with Just Gas and Chris who attended to the boiler. We were one month out of what should have been our guarantee so a fairly expensive bill to pay - but we consider it worth it for their expertise. They are now the company we will use for annual servicing. I would recommend them.

I needed a visit to check on my boiler, heating controller and radiators. The engineer arrived promptly and was very helpful in dealing with all the problems.

This was my first time using Just Gas Ltd and I was very impressed with the whole process from booking the service to the service it’s self. The gas engineer arrived on time was very polite and explained exactly what he was doing. After the service I promptly received an polite email with the invoice and it was a reasonable a price, no hidden charges just exactly what was quoted when I booked the service. I found it very easy to pay via bank transfer. It’s good to know that they will send me a reminder when my boiler is due for another service so I can relax and have peace of mind. I will certainly be using Just Gas again. I highly recommend Just Gas.

I have used JustGas in the past and had work completed from general maintenance to a full boiler replacement. I have always found them to be reliable, friendly and efficient in all aspects. My most recent request was an urgent heating system issue. As soon as I'd booked the appointment I received a text with confirmation. Then before the appt I received an update on the time to expect the engineer. He arrived on cue and quickly diagnosed the issue, and fixed it. As always a great service. Id have no hesitation in recommending JustGas and wil continue using them for services and maintenance in the future.

Just gas technician Jake installed a new boiler and overalled our hot water and heating system. This has been an excellent experience and we are very pleased with the outcome. We had various problems with our installation which once identified have been resolved and with recommendations added the system is better overall. Thank you just gas they will be our go too.

Just Gas has been servicing my boiler for four years now and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company. The engineer arrives at the agreed time, they know their job and have several years, or even decades experience. They are friendly and polite and make sure to tidy up after they have finished the job. I also like the fact that I can pay the invoice online when it arrives promptly by email. I had recently moved house and was unfamiliar with the room thermostat linked to the boiler but the engineer was happy to explain how it works and showed me how to re-progamme it to suit my needs better.

We needed a landlords safety certificate and a boiler and fire service. Just Gas came out at short notice, did all that was required efficiently and very cost effectively.

Excellent boiler service by the very experienced Chris - who must be one of the best in the business (I have met some of the others). I remembered Chris, he had replaced a central heating pump for me in 2015 when he was working for British Gas. On this occasion he rang me to offer a service that day as opposed to the date booked! Nice guy who certainly knows his stuff and doesn't cut corners. Also great communication from Just Gas. Absolutely no hesitation in highly recommending Chris & Just Gas.

I needed a gas safety inspection carried out and found Just Gas online. Initially, I enquired about an appointment via the website but eventually ended up calling. I spoke to Martin who was very friendly and accommodating. Plenty of availability over a couple of weeks and I thought very reasonable price, especially when there is a discounted rate for boiler service and inspection together. Would 100 % recommend Just Gas.

I tried for weeks to find someone to carry out a Gas safty check and service a boiler at a property that I let, I stopped next to the companys van on the Ferry and was given a card, the phone was answered when I called and a date set for the work to be done. They turned up on time did the job and at a very competable rate, I should be rateing them badly as I dont want them to get to busy and not fit me in again next year ! Really happy customer

My central heating failed on a Sunday morning. The fault was the actuator on the zone valve. I left a message on the website and received an email to say the work would be done on Monday the next day. Without fuss an engineer turned up on Monday afternoon and the fault was fixed. Heating back on. I have always found Just Gas Ltd to be helpful and efficient whether it be for servicing or repair.

For some time I have considered zoning my Worcester Combi to help save on our Heating bills. Following four Heating firms - one very local & Worcester installer - visit to price the job with no further communication and emails to two more without reply I asked Just Gas to assess & quote for the work. The job was viewed, priced and arranged swiftly. The engineers arrived punctually, assessed the simplest way to make the changes and then worked well to achieve the result. Despite a complicated arrangement to overcome, the work is unbelievably neat and completed in a reasonable time frame allowing for a service to be completed at my request. Friendly and helpful customer service from their office and supported by an equally friendly and courteous team. Very professional engineers who got on with the jobs in hand and were able to explain matters in a non technical way! It's reassuring to have a reliable company so near by and would have no hesitation in recommending them to neighbours or on calling upon them for future needs.

Having had our annual boiler service carried out by Just Gas, my wife and I decided that we would ask Just Gas to carry out a system Power flush. We were absolutely delighted with all 12 radiators fully functioning for the first time since our boiler was installed by a different firm. We were really pleased by the polite and rapid response to our requirements, and the staff who attended were remarkedly tidy, pleasant, enthusiastic even in the midst of. lockdown and vicious cold winter gales blowing into our garage where the boiler is situated. I would happily recommend Just Gas Ltd. I called a few weeks in advance to arrange a gas boiler safety check for a holiday let. I received a text on the morning of the appointment informing me of the name of the engineer and that he was en route and received the completed certificate within a few hours.
