Phoned Just Heat 0930 hrs on 2nd January and Justin was with us 3 hours later. After a full survey of our system he identified the problem with the Magic Box management system. He advised a plan which he followed with a costed quote that evening which I accepted and he was on site at 0800hrs next morning . The Magic Box was removed completely, pipework in outer loft and airing cupboard modified and pump relocated. System restarted and tested and all completed without mess before lunch and to budget. Justin is a thinking man's plumber, very clean and tidy in his work which is done in an organized way. He talks through the technical aspects of the problem and comes up with cost effective proposals. Highly recommended.

Having encountered major problems with our central heating system we were put in touch with Justin who did a wonderful job in sorting it out. This involved the introduction of a cleaning chemical as a pre-dose for a possible power flush, getting the system operational whilst we took stock to see what else was needed, the replacement of a faulty, yet new, pump, and the eventual power flush. The result: a central heating system that now works, greater understanding of the issues involved, and a plan for a program of regular services in the future. Throughout a difficult couple of months (with the weather gradually getting colder), Justin offered considerable reassurance and advice, as well as timely and prompt visits when needed. I would recommend Just Heat unreservedly.

After reporting the problem with my Baxi Solo 15HE boiler and after making the call and speaking to Justin he was good enough to call after completing his days work the same day. Justin quickly identified the problem and advised that he was going to order the relevant spares he also gave me an idea of the cost of the parts. These were ordered and Justin returned after 2 days to fit the parts. The boiler burst into life straight away and has been working ever since , I would have no hesitation in referring to any one who needs any work to be carried out on their boiler. He was tidy and efficient and cleared the work area after completion , you hear so many stories about rouge traders but I can assure you that this is not the case with Justin. i would recommend him to anyone , his work was excellent and I could not fault it.

Justin came to our help when our boiler failed, he diagnosed the problem, ordered the part which arrived the next day and one of his team returned that day and fitted the part and a new pressure expansion vessel. We got in touch with Justin following a recommendation when we needed a new boiler installed in our loft. He soon provided us with a quote and schedule for the installation. Justin was very creative re installation of both the gas pipework to the boiler and also the water pipes in the loft to the hot water tank and radiators. He was also very good at explaining the technical aspects of the new boiler and the overall heating system. Dan and Carl (who work for Justin) were involved with the installation of the system and did an excellent job. All issues arising were dealt with promptly and efficiently. A first class job!

My original enquiry was a simple boiler replacement, which I repeatedly kept adding extras to and the final works included a new boiler, relocated to the airing cupboard, high pressure hot water cylinder and several new radiators. Justin gave me his professional opinion of all the options, pro's and cons to each system and the difference in costs to each. Once the quote was agreed, he fitted me in and work started at short notice to fit my tight time frame with other works. The completed works are very neat and tidy, the straight and level pipework passes my OCD test!! Would certainly use Justin again and recommend to others. Thanks.

Very efficient service. I telephoned Justin in the morning, his colleague turned up at 1 PM accessed the situation and replaced the broken part on my boiler. I received my invoice the following day and was pleasantly surprised at the reasonable amount charged. I now have heating and hot water and all sorted with minimal fuss. One happy customer.
