Just Heat have been trading since 2005 providing professional services to customers in Kent and Sussex for all of their heating and hot water needs. With a vast experience in the heating industry, we can offer a wide range of services to the highest of standards.

We are a Gas Safe registered company and Worcester approved installers (WAI) and have the level of knowledge and expertise to ensure our customers receive nothing but the best service.

I called Justin one Friday afternoon with a boiler problem concerning a lack of hot water. He came round that evening at 6.15 and gave me a very clear and detailed account of two identified problems. Later that same evening he emailed me a list of parts and costings of the options and once I had responded with our preference, he ordered the parts and once received, came straight away to fit and solve the issue. I was impressed with Justin's fast follow up, his identification and informed analysis of the problem and his detailed quotation including links to websites for replacement parts. Equally impressive is that he uses email for sending quotes and invoices and that he accepts payments by BACS.

In the middle of winter, on the coldest week our boiler stopped working. I called Justin and he said he would come that day. Unfortunately he picked up an injury during the day so was unable to attend, but at 7am the next morning he was in touch and attended within 15 minutes. He diagnosed the problem and within an hour and a half had collected the part and had the boiler back working. His work was quick, but quality and had a friendly approach. Would definitely recommend Just Heat!

We saw Justin on a recommended website and asked for a quote to replace our boiler and radiators including moving some of the radiators to alternative locations. Justin gave a good assessment and explanation of the work involved along with problems that could be encountered. His quote was very competitive and his workmanship was of the highest quality. We have no hesitation in recommending Justin to others.

We selected Just Heat on the basis of Justin's clear assessment and explanation of what we needed, his quick responsiveness and a competitive quote. Just Heat being local was an extra plus. The work was done on schedule and very professionally. It was more complicated than a simple replacement as the new boiler is in a different location, and we were very pleased with quality of the work and the support we received both in explaining the work being done and the system operation.

Justin did a fantastic job moving a radiator for us. He was quick, tidy and keen to do it in the way that meant least damage to my newly stripped floorboards. I recommend him highly to anyone.

From other quotes we chose Justin for the way he explained the procedure and priced very competitively The work was completed in a day and to a very high level and thoroughness. Justin explained all the controls and was very open to further questions. We will use Just Heat for our servicing and any other work in the future, highly satisfied.

I contacted Justin as he was a Which? Trusted Trader to discuss my gas boiler which had developed a leak and was not covered under my Boiler Insurance policy. He gave me good sensible no nonsense advice of the options available and we went down the new boiler route. His work was excellent and he dealt with the installation promptly and efficiently. Overall very professional and he is now quoting to replace my Daughter's gas boiler as well.
