Our boiler stopped working at the weekend. We messaged Just Heat on Sunday and Justin came and fixed it on Monday. He quickly diagnosed the problem then popped out for the part and came back to replace it. All very quick, fair pricing. Highly recommend and will use again.

He arrived punctually at the time stated and he completed this thorough boiler service very promptly and efficiently. I have used his service ever since a previous boiler was installed in 2009 and will continue to do so as long as I am living in this area.

In response to a call that a central heating boiler had broken down Just Heat came the same day and gave a quote within a few hours. A replacement boiler was required and this was sourced and fitted in just over a week. Excellent standard of work carried out efficiently with minimal disruption.

I have no hesitation in recommending Just Heat. Professionalism was outstanding along with willingness to be personally on hand when Gas Board engineer was needed to check and increase pressure. Our boiler and Softener had initially been installed incorrectly by another engineer and was non compliant. Major work - including lowering the boiler - was needed to ensure flue was set at the correct angle and the water softener had a bypass. The standard of work has been exceptional throughout.

Justin was friendly, helpful and managed to get the job booked in quickly. Good service and he was also helpful with giving some advice on another project on a separate property. Would highly recommend.

I would highly recommend Justin for a new boiler installation. He gave us a detailed quote and then efficiently installed our new Worcester boiler and was professional throughout. I wanted a specific type and size of radiator which he took on board and found the desired product at a good price and even sourced a replacement when the first arrived damaged. During the installation he identified a minor gas leak on the supply to the meter and contacted the gas network on my behalf and had a problem I was unaware of rectified. On completion he clearly explained the new boiler operation on both the boiler itself, the remote controller and the requirements of the boiler guarantee. In all, he was courteous, professional and left the house clean and tidy when finished so if you need heating then you need Justin.

We had an issue with our heating and Justin was incredibly quick to respond, friendly, helpful and had everything sorted in no time at all. We only had to wait a few days for him to fit us into his schedule, and in the meantime he made sure we still had a way of heating our water, which was really appreciated. When Justin arrived, he quickly identified the problem and, even better, had all the parts he needed in his van, so he was able to carry out the repair there and then. We were back up and running in no time. What really stood out was the level of service throughout. Justin even checked back in with us afterwards to make sure everything was still working as it should before sending over his invoice. Major failure with boiler/heating. JustHeat was recommended by another trusted authorised Worcestershire Bosch engineer. Justin arrived within 1 hour of call and immediately identified the problem - boiler replacement necessary. A written estimate was provided within a further 60 minutes despite the late hour (after 6 pm). The estimate was accepted on condition that the work would be given priority attention . The work was completed within 72 hours of the original call-out. Justin is a highly skilled accredited heating engineer by Worcs-Bosch. His knowledge was clearly apparent and his work left nothing to be desired. Justin is polite, courteous and efficient. We have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

After having a disappointing engineer from another company who hadn’t got a clue, Mis diagnosed the problem, left me with a dripping tap and no water out of one tap! The work was to install a heat pump, new radiators, replace all hot and cold water pipework . JustHeat were well organised, professional and reliable through the entire works from initial quote to final commissioning and handover. The team worked hard and consistently in the whole house and were very respectful of our personal space and need to continue to live in the house while work was in progress. Unforeseen issues were resolved quickly and we were kept fully informed of progress and plans during the work. The work and the time scale were clearly described to us at the quotation stage. The work was on time and only delayed due to unforeseen additional preparation. We were completely satisfied with the quality, workmanship and professionalism of JustHeat.

I've used Just Heat several times before and the service has always been excellent. On this occasion Justin was booked in for a regular service but our old boiler was unsafe so, with my agreement, was switched off. Justin arranged a quote and fitted my new boiler in a very short time frame. Unfortunately, the gas pressure to our property was an issue so Justin called SGN who scheduled the work. As soon as this was completed Justin commissioned our new boiler that evening. One very happy customer.

Called Justin to look at a relative's boiler that wasn't working and showing fault codes. Another company had quoted £680+VAT to fix it. Justin was very professional and avoided commenting on other heating engineers. I asked him to service the boiler, which he did for a reasonable price, and managed to fix the problem as part of the service.
