Justin and Brad completely replaced our entire pool heating system. Fitting a new boiler, heat exchanger and all necessary parts. Work was completed to a very high standard and the heating room was left cleaner and tidier than it had been in years! A superb job. Justin is a perfectionist who sets himself very high standards. I had a previous 'engineer' come in and after 4 weeks, he could not diagnose the problem, so I called Justin, who came the next day after my call for a faulty boiler. He was able to diagnose the faults and repair the boiler in just over 1 hour. He explained everything as he removed the faulty parts, explaining what was wrong with them in detail. He worked fast, was courteous and very efficient. He had all the replacement parts with him in his van and quickly rectified the issues. I could not have been happier with his work.

Justin quickly diagnosed the defective part, sourced a new replacement part 30 miles away, collected it and accommodated us by returning at 7.00a.m. to complete the repair before we had to go away for a few days. So, to our relief, the boiler was operational while we were away. Great service, much appreciated.

I was recommended Justin for moving and replacing my boiler and I couldn’t be happier with his work. He spent time explaining my options - which were many - and advising pros and cons of each before swiftly providing me with a quote. As to the work carried out it was to a high standard, completed on time and I was very impressed with how tidy my house was left despite it being a big job. On identifying a problem with my taps - justin rectified this quickly - despite being additional work to fit in. Justin is approachable, knowledgeable and I was happy I chose him to complete this work and would highly recommend.

We contacted Justin at Just Heat Services on recommendation when our old hot water/heating system failed. He quickly provided a detailed quote for its replacement and kindly rearranged his schedule to get the work done. There was a great deal of pipework to alter and a considerable amount of associated parts to fit and Justin worked solidly for 2 days. He worked considerately and even vacuumed the carpet before leaving! We were impressed by Justin's all-round knowledge and his ability and willingness to communicate this. An excellent technician and engineer. We would not hesitate to call on him again if needed and recommend highly.

Simple annual boiler gas safety inspection carried out by Justin on our boiler he installed two years previously. No surprises it is working perfectly as it should and we have had no issues with it in that time. Inspection was very quick and efficient. Justin is incredibly knowledgeable and happy to explain anything to the layman like myself loitering in the kitchen asking questions. Would highly recommend Justin and Just Heat.

Replaced existing gas boiler with an up to date Worcester Bosch model. The boiler was installed quickly with the minimum fuss and no disruption. Justin is a very efficient and conscientious worker. He is a very tidy worker and clears up when the job is completed. He also spent time explaining how we can adjust the controls in regards to the temperature of the heating and hot water etc.

A complex and succesful replacement of a 40 year old boiler

Right from the day Just Heat came round to quote for the job, I was impressed by the attention to detail and the preparedness to listen to my requirements. Although the quote was not the cheapest, the proposal did address all of my needs. The new system needed to heat not only the main house, but also a swimming pool. It also needed to heat a granny flat for which a separate heat meter was required. The new system included 3 Google Nest controllers. Now the system is up and running, it is evident that Just Heat has the technical design skills to configure complex systems. There were a couple of small niggles as to how the control system displayed the system status, but they were fixed within 48 hours. Hats off to Just Heat.

My central heating packed up completely on Saturday after several glitches over many weeks. Justin installed my boiler in 2017, under the manufacturer's 8 year guarantee, so I knew he was probably the best person to ask for advice. My wife is not well and suffered in a colder than usual house. I rang Justin on the Sunday, more in hope than expectation. He answered straight away, without any hint of me feeling I was being a nuisance. His initial advice was excellent, and he offered to call in the next day to identify the problem for us (without realising that we are technically "vulnerable", being in our 70's). He helpfully kept his promise about phoning first, as I had stayed at home rather than go into work that morning. It took less than 5 minutes for Justin to identify the problem (faulty valve), and shortly afterwards he got everything working again and stayed on to test it out. It has been fine ever since. I already knew he was a reliable, trustworthy, and highly competent engineer, but his willingness to help us out in our time of great need raised his profile even higher in our eyes. I would recommend him without hestitation to anyone who requires an honest and skilled heating engineer who is prepared to go the extra mile for his clients.

My 18 month old Vaillant boiler stopped working on 10th/11th January. I found it to display a fault code F83. I called Justin and he attended very quickly. He found certain errors made at installation by Glow Green and replaced the pump. The boiler still failed to operate, now showing F28. Justin suggested that I call Vaillant under their guarantee. Vaillant attended on 17th January and shut the boiler down, saying that it had been incorrectly installed and was deemed "AT RISK". I called Justin as soon as the Vaillant engineer left and he came round that afternoon to fit a new flue, which resolved the issue. We are so grateful for his rapid attention to our problem because it was freezing cold and Justin responded so quickly.

I employed Justin Marchant of Just Heat Services following recommendations from local contacts. He provided us with a detail estimate of the work involved, which was quite complex as the new boiler required a rerouted flue and additional pipework. The installation was completed to a very high standard on time and within budget. A follow up visit was arranged to ensure we understood all the new controls etc. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Justin - a very reliable installer with good communication skills and a pragmatic attitude to problem solving.

Justin has just replaced our boiler this morning. After 40 yrs in the construction industry I can honestly say his service & workmanship is second to none. Previously he has even come out on Christmas Eve to help us & ensure we had heat over Christmas. I am an elderly client and was visited yesterday by Justin Marchant as my boiler was no longer emitting hot water. He arrived the same day he was contacted and was so patient and understanding explaining the problem in layman’s terms and did not complain when he was ‘helped’ in his work by my four cats!
